Bringing the print media (newspapers) under the purview of the Pay Commission by the Central government is a conspiracy to put an end to small scale regional/local newspaper business and it is also a clever step to maintain Brahmanical control over the media.

In democracy people's voice is more important than individual voice and therefore the machinery utilized to create people's perception has a special place. In India, all the big newspapers are under the control of Brahmin-Bania, but it cannot be said same for the local small scale newspapers. Under this situation, government felt the need to take steps for taking control over small scale newspaper and so they came up with an idea of regulating it through Pay Commission. According to it, the government will not make the payment but the newspaper agencies will make the payment. If these agencies fail to pay, then the local news papers will have no option but to close down. These small scale newspapers are mostly owned by Bahujan Mulnivasis. Keeping this in mind, it is important to discuss this subject and to raise curtain from this conspiracy.

The gross neglect of Renke Commission's recomendation on Scheduled Tribes and using it during the election time by giving assurances of implimetation was part of a Brahmanical Conspiracy - A Discussion.
