Tiracol Fort, Cabo-de-Rama Fort, Chapora Fort, Reis Magos Fort etc are facing the threat of privatization from the ruling Brahmanical lobby.

Sainath Jalmi, a mulnivasi hailing from Goa's Bhandari community is in the middle of this fight in the form litigation challenging privatization of Reis Magos Fort at Verem, Bardez, Goa. He is in the middle of this struggle since July 2008.

According to Jalmi, corporate houses with links to Bamons and Banias are in collusion with British lobbies to take over this Fort to convert it into a starred hotel. Bharat Mukti Morcha appreciates Sainath Jalmi's efforts and advises Goa government to halt privatization plans.

  3. It is further stated that the crime registered against me are false, distorted and fabricated and based on false complaints filed by the ruling class that is mine owners and their agents in collusion with Quepem police for fighting for my fundamental right guaranteed under the constitution of India.
  4. The respondent further states that the complaint H.C. Chandrakant Rane has filed the present complaint before your office as I had filed a complaint before against him before S.P. The above reply was submitted to the deputy collector on 9th January 2012. Still deputy collector insisted for a bond or else threatened Motesh of arrest. Our democracy has ceased to be democracy. It is only brahmanocracy.  Or else why not a single FIR has been filed against mining companies in spite of complaints by Colomba People?

Bharat Mukti Morcha Colamb unit vice-president Motesh Antao is threat to Goa State Assembly Elections!

Motesh Antao was awarded Youth Achiever award in 2010 in recognition for his resistance for mining in Goa. This is a picture from Goa sudharop website. This pecture shows Motesh being presented with the award from the hands of Rajendra Kerker, well known mulnivasi environmentalist from Goa. In the background is Mr.Ibonio Fernandes of Goa Sudharop group based in California, USA.
The above shows PI Santosh Desai charging at Motesh Antao on November 12 2008 while on protest against Hiralal Khodidas mine operated by Fomento company owned by Bamon Audoot Timblo causing large scale destruction of paddy fields and forest, water and air of colamb and western ghats. PI Santosh Desai was awarded Chief Minister's gold medal for his role in repressing revolt against mining industry.

Bharat Mukti Morcha's Colomba unit vice-president Motesh Antao has been decalred as a threat to Goa Assembly elections that are to take place on March 03, 2012. Motesh is a well know for his relentless resistance to mining industry specially to Fomentos owned by Bamon Audooth Timblo who also owns Cidade de Goa five star hotel. In order to silence Colamb villagers large number police cases has been filed against Colamb villagers and charge sheeted for the further process at Courts in Sanguem and Quepem. Motesh may be criminal to the brahmanical State of Goa but certainly he is a genuine freedom fighter for mulnivasi people of Goa that are tormented and repressed by Brahmanical State in place.

Motesh Antao has been repeatedly harassed and false cases filed against him just like others in Colomba, Sanguem. Last month on 20th December 2011 policemen PSI Prasal Desai had slapped him after Motesh refused to pay bribe of Rs.100/-. The details of this is available here.

The text of the letter show cause notice to Motesh Antao is as follows:

Bharat mukti morcha condemns violence on Motesh Antao by Goa Police official

Bharat Mukti Morcha strongly condemns violence on Motesh Antao of Colomba, Sanguem, Goa. Motesh was physically attacked and slapped on the face by police official on 20th December 2011. According to the reports received at around 5 pm policemn PSI Prashal Desai attached to Curchorem police station intercepted truck driven by Motesh Antao in Sanvordem and demanded Rs.100/- as bribe. When Motesh refused Policeman slapped on his face. Policemen after slapping said that he slapped him because Motesh is involved in organising people against mining industry. Further Motesh was detained at Curchorem police station for over two hours in the evening along with the truck that he was driving.

It is a cruel irony that on the one Goa completes 50 years from Portuguese colonial rule and on the other hand citizens specially mulnivasi people continue to suffer police high handedness. This is one more instance that points that Goa is yet to be liberated from Baman Raj.

Bharat Mukti Morcha demands immediate action against the police official PSI Desai.

On November 12 2011 we have witness police high handedness at Old Goa Police Station with PI Francis Corte resorting to the arrest of four women from Vanxim defending their homeland from capitalist and brahmanical invasion.

Bringing the print media (newspapers) under the purview of the Pay Commission by the Central government is a conspiracy to put an end to small scale regional/local newspaper business and it is also a clever step to maintain Brahmanical control over the media.

In democracy people's voice is more important than individual voice and therefore the machinery utilized to create people's perception has a special place. In India, all the big newspapers are under the control of Brahmin-Bania, but it cannot be said same for the local small scale newspapers. Under this situation, government felt the need to take steps for taking control over small scale newspaper and so they came up with an idea of regulating it through Pay Commission. According to it, the government will not make the payment but the newspaper agencies will make the payment. If these agencies fail to pay, then the local news papers will have no option but to close down. These small scale newspapers are mostly owned by Bahujan Mulnivasis. Keeping this in mind, it is important to discuss this subject and to raise curtain from this conspiracy.

Simply by passing a law in Parliament, it will not be possible to set right judicial Accountability.

Recently in parliament, judicial accountability bill was tabled. The draft of the bill is very weak. Based on it, it is not possible to set right judicial Accountability at all. Then why is the ruling class of India indulging in this fraud? It is necessary to raise the curtain from this conspiracy. That is why, this topic is has been kept for discussion.

Keeping the hollow electoral reforms discussion alive in the media without making it a reality is a Brahmanical conspiracy to continue their hegemony over India - A debate.

After independence, the electoral system which emerged doesn't look like totally sound and representative of people and good for the development of our country. Because, it has failed to elect the true leader (real representative). From this point of view, it is very important to have electoral reforms. But for the last 20 years, there have been only discussions about the need of changes in electoral system but actually nothing is happening. Brahmins are India's ruling class and wants to maintain its monopoly which is why they never want to see any improvement in the electoral system. The present election system is favorable to Brahmins. by using the same system it has become possible for them to keep total control over the so called democratic system of India, It is necessary to expose this naked truth. to bring forward this conspiracy and to create awareness amongst our masses this topic has been kept for discussion.

Due to the monololy of Brahmins of Brahmins, the current Trade Unions are incapable of creating any movement - A debate.

OR

There is no other option to mulnivasi bahujan laborers and employees than to create their own independent Trade Union - A discussion.

The current trade unions in India are totally monopolized by brahmins and it is under their control. They used these unions directly & indirectly to support Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization (LPG). As Brahmins did this the trade unions lost their relevance. This has rendered the trade unions ineffective. Why did brahmins do this? It needs to be analyzed so that people can think and feel the need for an alternative for creating an independent trade union. keeping this in mind, this topic has been kept for discussion.

The gross neglect of Renke Commission's recomendation on Scheduled Tribes and using it during the election time by giving assurances of implimetation was part of a Brahmanical Conspiracy - A Discussion.

Congress has put the reports given by Renke commision on STs in the dustbin. But in our country, an election is a regular process in one or the other state. Congress has found out a perfect way to use leaders of Ghumanthu (Nomadic) tribal community at the time of election. Give those assurances and use them during elections and after elections dump them. This is going on for a long time. But neither activists nor people of Ghumanthu caste seem to know about this. To give them true information and to create awareness in them, this subject has been kept for discussion.
