If all the Muslims are to be gathered in Samajwadi Party then it is necessary to promote BJP because if Congress survives then Muslims may go along with Congress party. Mulayam did not take long to understand this that if Congress is finished and BJP is promoted then naturally Muslims will come under the leadership of Mulayam Singh. When they come under the leadership of Mulayam then permanently Mulayam will be able to stay in Power in Uttar Pradesh. In the beginning Mulayam allows BJP to grow. And as soon as BJP grew sense of insecurity increases amongst Muslims. At time juncture Mulayam assures Muslims that he will protect their life and property. Mulayam latched on to Muslim from the point Congress had left them, but the policy of Congress is such that it is controlled by topmost Brahmins in our country’s Brahmanical structure, while Mulayam’s party control is in the hands of Mulayam, and Mulayam is backward in backward in the Varna system, a Shudra. He is Shudra and why do he want to use Muslims? He wants to use them because he is Brahmanist. What is the need to create fear amongst Muslims? This is because backward class people get very upset and sad with Brahmanist man from backward classes. In Uttar Pradesh OBC people are most sad with Mulayam Singh. Precisely because of this sadness BJP has largest number of OBC in the Party. In Mulayam Singh’s politics oppression of most backward classes is within party policy and that’s why these people are angry with Mulayam. And because they are angry they do not vote for Mulayam. Mulayam’s chair will come in danger. Whatever amount of votes Mulayam lost due to his Brahmanical politics he will try to fill it up by creating fear amongst Muslims and he had done it.

This view is created and it has one source: under no circumstances the oppressing role must be sacrificed. The role that is played by upper caste people in Brahmanical system is played by influential community amongst backwards classes, jati amongst backwards that is dominating plays this role then this is very dangerous situation. I am telling you the reality of today’s context. If Brahmins create fear amongst Muslims then it is understandable but if backward class people takes up to creating fear amongst Muslims then new trend will be developed for tomorrow.  There is one more serious pointer: if higher jati people, dominating community amongst Backwards create fear amongst Muslims then it is one thing but if those upper castes settled amongst Muslims (Maulana) create fear amongst Muslims then what does one do? It is important to understand communalism in this context. Maulana that is convert from Brahmins and Rajputs or those calling themselves of Khalis blood who were foreign Muslims who came to India with the Kings, possibly this king of people are protecting Brahmins.

We have to know the second aspect of fear. This was BJP and Brahmanical politics openly create fear in the same way congress people also formulates its methods. What do Congress people do? Congress people in order to create fear amongst Muslims trigger riots. When India-Pakistan partition took place some people went to Pakistan and some people stayed here. Those who stayed here were full of fear. Nehru understood their Psychology.  Nehru was a Socialist and Socialist man is very dangerous. This is an experience of our 50 years of experience. Socialist man is dangerous because he speaks about the poor and more than anyone else fools poor the most. Nehru stayed socialist, Lohia remained tallest of Socialists, Jai Prakash Narayan remained socialist. Nehru assured protection to the Muslims in fear after the Partition of India and said ‘don’t worry, nothing will happen, we will protect you.’ He gave an assurance of security.  When India-Pakistan partition took place, that time government administration was in danger. After stabilization fear from the minds of Muslims gradually kept declining. When the feelings of fear started declining amongst Muslims created problem in front of Congress that if the sense of fear vanishes amongst Muslims then how will they vote for Congress? That’s why in the decade of 1960s large scale riots took place. Highest number of riots took place in Uttar Pradesh. Congress government was in power in Uttar Pradesh. Congress government was in power and riots kept on occurring and Aligarh is such a place where riots continued non-stop for six months. One special point to note; when ever riots used to take place, used to be organized congress used to take one precaution: it used to throw allegations of riots on BJP. This politics was understood and its effect and influence weighed on Muslims. Congress people used to make use of media because BJP people used to play this role openly against Muslims. That’s why congress propaganda was effective and people used to believe that it is true. Congress used to be the maximum beneficiary of these riots that’s why congress people must be amongst those behind the riots against Muslims. In a similar manner BJP is carrying on the work amongst OBC people, the work of creating fear about Muslims. Congress has permanently sword hanging on the heads of Muslims so that Congress will keep getting all the votes of Muslims. Congress created this system continuously in our context but now reality has completely changed. Muslim has totally lost trust in congress, trust is totally shattered. Why did this trust breached? There is also serious reason for the kind of role congress people play. What was the way in which congress played its role? They used to accuse BJP of Communalism. After BJP started facing this accusation BJP took up a new weapon in its arsenal and it is very important to analyze it here. BJP started accusing Congress of appeasement of Muslims. Observe that both are helping each other. When BJP accuse Congress of appeasement of Muslims then naturally it was strategy of BJP to reduce Congress popularity amongst Hindus. As the effect of Congress’ Muslim appeasement started taking place amongst OBC, gradually they pulled out from Congress and went into BJP influence. As soon as this realization came about amongst people in Congress, Congress stopped openly supporting Muslims to such an extent that Narasimha Rao did not stop BJP, Shiv Sena and RSS from proceeding to demolish Babri Masjid; the main reason for this is to answer and establish that the accusation of Muslim appeasement on Congress is wrong. In order to provide this answer Congress allowed Babri Masjid to demolish.

If Congress was to protect Babri Masjid from demolition then it would have been concluded that Congress in indulging in appeasement of Muslims, and if Congress did let Babri Masjid to be saved then BJP strategy failed. Because of this congress got lowest votes of 29%. Before Independence Barrister Jinha used to level accusation on Congress that Congress is an organization of Hindus. That time Gandhi used to reject this accusation and used to say “No, no, Congress is an Organization of Indians”. Narasimha Rao proved that Congress is an organization of Hindus.

Narasimha proved: BJP people used to level charges of Muslim appeasement against Congress, in order to reply to this and in order to take Hindu vote back into Congress Narasimha Rao to openly take the communal role. The kind of role that Narasimha Rao played in reality was started by Indira Gandhi. Under the planning of operation Blue star when the slogan of ‘Khalisthan versus Hindusthan was declared 413 members of Parliament stood up under the leadership of Rajiv Gandhi. Rajiv Gandhi had no contribution at all. He was a pilot who gave up his job and person who gave up his job succeeded. What is the reason? Its basic reason is the slogan “Khalisthan versus Hindusthan”.  Indira Gandhi had formulated entire strategy of this slogan. When Indira Gandhi died all the information of this was with Arun Nehru, and Arun Nehru was heading election campaign of Rajiv Gandhi. The impact of this campaign ‘khalisthan versus Hindusthan was reducing but Congress people continued to play anti-muslim role. This was creating frightful consequences. That’s why deliberately Indira Gandhi started Sikh versus Hindu fight so that religious polarization can be created. Sikh verses Hindu fight was also a conspiracy to stop consciousness amongst SC, ST, OBC.  The fear that got created amongst Brahmins was that of social consciousness amongst SC, ST, and OBC. In order to counter this conciseness Brahmins formulated the strategy of religious polarization with the strategy of Khalistan versus Hindusthan, this is biggest communalism that strengthens Brahmanism. Brahmins who call themselves call themselves subscribers of Socialism and Equality term BJP Brahminism as communal. This is so because one brahmin calls another Brahmin socialist then both get rescued. When one Brahmin accuses another brahmin of Brahmanism then they are not rescued because the statement bounces back on the one who makes this allegation.

 One who is communal is masked Brahminist that appears before us. After understanding communal role of Congress Muslims broke off from Congress and went to the Third Front. What do third front is doing? Is it also carrying on the task of creating fear amongst Muslims? Or is it carrying on any of the task of development of Muslims? In Uttar Pradesh Mulayam Singh writes in his manifesto that properties of Muslims will be protected. Why BJP did increased its based in Uttar Pradesh and in whose era did it increased? Before Mulayam Singh became Chief Minister BJP got just 7% votes. When Mulayam Singh became Chief Minister then BJP got 36% votes. BJP increased its vote base from 7% to 36% during the era of Mulayam. Why did this happen? In order to create fear amongst Muslims it was important that BJP is promoted.

Mandal commission promoted polarization of SC, ST, and OBC. OBC used to agitate most against the reservations for SC and ST in force. When Mandal commission was enforced, OBCs too became eligible for reservation. When one front got formed for reservation another front was formed against reservation. The OBC people who till yesterday were opposing the reservations became supporters of reservation and front in support of reservation got formed. This created fear amongst Brahmins and believers of Brahmanism. I want to tell you that this fear first got created amongst Brahmins and in order to save them from this fear they began to aim at Muslims. But target of their aim is not Muslims but OBC. Amongst those people responsible for demolition of Babri Masjid Brahmins were Generals, no Brahmins were there as Soldiers. All the soldiers were from OBC. The people who got killed, the people who were caught, on record those who got killed and those who were caught, record too specifies that all of there were OBC. The two youth who were arrested before the demolition of Masjid one of them was Gadriya from Uttar Pradesh and second was Sawant (kunbi) from Konkan. In Maharashtra Kunbi is referred as Patel. In this was these Brahmins create army amongst OBC. SC, ST, OBC get polarized and this system comes into danger and due to this Brahmin comes under danger. Brahmin is sitting on the topmost position of the system. That’s why if the system breaks then Brahmin will suffer maximum damage. One who is so high will fall exactly that much lower. More lowly he will fall more beatings he will get. Brahmin is so high, so high that there is no one above him. When he will fall he will suffer most damage, that’s why he do not wish to fall and tries everything for this purpose. The reason for these efforts is that polarization that has frightened Brahmin; this Brahmin creates fear amongst OBC by putting Muslims in front of them. “Islam is expanding, Population of Muslims is increasing”. In this way fear is created amongst OBC. Then SC, ST, OBC who was about to participate in political polarizations ties a cloth on his head with name of Ram written on it and enters in their trap, gathers under the leadership of the same Brahmin against Muslims. By creating reaction and fear inside them, Brahmin transforms into decision and decision maker. Then it is natural that Brahmin now has no worries. Whenever Brahmin is not in position of decision and decision making he will always be in danger.  Today Brahmin is in maximum danger, Muslim is not in danger.

Today at number one if anyone is in danger then he is Brahmin and I want to give you biggest example of this that the compromise that Narasimha Rao entered with Kanshiram is an example of this fear. I don’t know as to what you’ll understand but this is Psychology.  This is today’s Psychology and not of yesterday because pace of transformation has intensified, it is moving ahead with intensity. According to today’s situation we observe that BJP is viewing us as per our backwardness. According to backwardness BJP people create hate campaign against Muslims amongst OBC. And while campaigning unites under their leadership and they become leaders. Then naturally when they become leaders they are devoid of all the worries as right to decision making is in their hands. When they get right to make decision in their hands then they take correct decisions as per their self-interest. I want to give you one example about how serious are the consequences of a decision making.  You may perhaps find it humorous. Once there was a conference of fowls. This conference was organized by the butchers of fowls. The organizers of the conference called leaders of the fowls and told them that “you’ll have to pass one resolution in the conference. You’ll have to pass the resolution as to which spices must be used while frying them.  You have to decide on this.” The leader of the fowls was very clever; he said “netaji, it cannot happen this way that we are not cut at all?” Netaji said “this decision is already taken you only have to take a decision as to in which variety of spices you will have to be fried in. Till the time decisions and their decision makers will be Brahmins this will continue. That’s why under every situation, under every circumstance Brahmin has to be a leader and Brahmin has to be in a position of decision making. Only then he remains without worry.

Creation of fear amongst Muslims and to multiply it, is the biggest act of communalism. Creation of fear amongst Muslim people and to multiply itself is the biggest act of communalism. This subject is brought in front of you is very important aspect. In order to clarify all the aspects this subject is placed in front of you.

First of all I wish to tell you that here the word ‘communalism’ is used; I wish to tell you in the beginning itself that in democracy words themselves are used and experimented  as weapons in order to create public opinion. Those people who owns media make these words which are not popular, popular. This is very easy for those people who have electronic and print media with them.

You must be aware that in this country print media is under the control of Brahmins and Banias, that’s why Brahmins and Banias we have even carried on nationwide agitation. This Brahmin-Bania media control print media, and electronic media is under government control. It is important to understand that in democracy 85% votes are yours and in democracy those who have 85% votes must have their rule. This is an ideal of democracy. Those who have more votes must also have their government.  But in our country majority of voters do not have their government. Minority of voters have their government. That’s why 85% of people who are likely to keep control over the government that’s why in order to control their minds and mindset different strategies have been adopted at different times according to the situation words are adopted to be deployed, this is our discovery. Whose discovery? This is a discovery of those believing in Brahmanism that want to declare themselves as progressive and that’s why accuse BJP of being communal. These is no dispute that BJP is communal but those believers of Brahmanism in order to hide their Brahmanism  in order to show off that they are opposed to BJP publicize and accuse BJP of communalism amongst our people, in our society, in our jatis. These are our enemies. They are our hidden enemies. BJP is open enemy that can be seen. It is easy to fight BJP, our people are even aware of it. But our people are not aware of the hidden enemy who accuse BJP of Communalism in order to carry on works of Brahmanism. It is important to understand those people and those aspects. They go on spreading communalism in hidden manner.  Most of the jatis are facing biggest danger from them. Because of this there is no danger from BJP as it is an open danger. More danger is from those people. Because of this I want to make it clear to you that there are 11 to 12 per cent Muslims in our country and if they unite 100 percent; even if they unite under the slogan that Islam is in danger it is not possible for them to put BJP in danger but will only strengthen BJP. We have computerized analysis of the places with strong reactions from Muslims.  We have computerized analysis of the last Lok Sabha elections that wherever Muslim settlements are sufficiently large over there BJP candidates are elected. This point is worth reflecting over for it is a very serious aspect. I wish to tell you that even if 100 percent Muslims unite with the slogan that Islam is in danger and even if they succeed in 100 per cent unity then only BJP’s Brahmanism will come in danger but not Congress Brahmanism because it is hidden. Congress Brahmanism is most dangerous because it is hidden. Now after 25 years of campaign we have little bit weakened Congress Brahmanism now we have to weaken it little more. In the coming five – ten years if we weaken Congress little more, then already Congress people have gone to the feet of Kanshiram in future situation will be worsened for Congress if it is weakened little more. This will have to be done; it will be done in immediate future.

Lots of people say that what strength do BAMCEF people have that it could do this? Do they know what the strength is? People count our total of our volunteers. They do must not know that in those numbers there is no effectiveness. Its effectiveness is its capacity to create public opinion, this is an inner capacity. I want to tell you that basically if 100 % Muslims unite then Brahmanism does not come in danger. If SC and OBC people unite then Brahmanism comes under total danger. It is worth understanding that it is SC, ST, OBC people have kept Brahmanism alive, and they have preserved Brahmanical system intact.

If these people are awakened then Brahmanical system will come into danger, that’s why BJP carry on hate campaign against Muslims. They don’t carry on this hate campaign amongst Brahmins or higher caste people; they carry this hate campaign amongst our people. They enter our settlements and say “Proudly say we are Hindus!” They don’t say in their settlements because there is no need to say anything in their settlements. They enter our settlements and shout slogan “Proudly say” and our people respond “We are Hindus!” It is worth to think and reflect that SC, ST, OBC class gather have preserved and protected Brahmanical system, if they unite amongst themselves then Brahmanism will face risk of collapse. That’s why BJP people, RSS people create hatred against Muslims and spread this hatred in our settlements. And when this hatred is internalized in us then it is natural that Atal Behari Vajpayee, Advani, Thackrey, Murli Manohar Joshi emerge as our leaders. It is natural that our people will come under the influence of organizations carrying on hate campaign. But I wish to tell you the second aspect as to why BJP people carry carrying on the hate campaign amongst our people. They aim at Muslims but their target is OBC class. Try to understand that if Muslims even if then unite 100 per cent then their system is not connected to Brahmanical system; it is under the influence of Brahmanical system. So even if 100 per cent Muslims unite then Brahmanism is not deprived of its strength. If those who kept Brahmanical system alive unite then the system will come under danger. This possibility creates fright amongst believers of Brahmanism.

1.                  That the water from the Selaulim irrigation projection is being supplied provided for  most part of the south Goa for drinking purpose. That all the above mines which are in catchment areas of Salaulim irrigation are in operation since last couple of years. That as the above named mine  are in operation of  the Catchment areas of  Selaulim irrigation project,  when it rains  the muddy water from these mine or from the rejection dump of these mine directly flow into the Salaulim Irrigation projection thereby polluting the Salaulim water which is being supplied as drinking water for most part of south Goa. That some of these mines are even pumping the muddy water from the mine and directly releases into the Salualim dam. That due to flow/release  of the muddy water from these mine or from the rejection dump of these mine into the Salaulim dam it increases the manganese content into the Selaulim water which intern affect the health of all the people from south Goa   who are consuming/drinking/using  the same. The news paper report are hereto annexed.

2.                  We further brings to your kind notice that these mining companies are intentionally by their act of omission and commission are polluting the water of Salaulim Irrigation project so as to affect the health of the people of south Goa.

3.                   We are hereby filing these complaint against the above mine under section 277 fro fouling/polluting water of Salualim resource and for endangering public health.

4.                  We hereby kindly request you to immediately book the owner of these mine and action be initiated against them as per the Criminal laws in force.

Part 11: Ruling Castes' betrayal of Adivasis

Solution to every problem: nationwide agitation

The society that could not get opportunity for progress and development, adivasis society is one of them. This society has thousand of problems. And these problems have emerged as challenge. Any class can face challenges only by uniting. But as far as adivasis are concerned, adivasis do not have any national level agitation. And to create this nationwide agitation is the biggest challenge.

Adivasis has thousands of problems; these problems will have to be counted from number 1. What is the number one problem of adivasis? Number one problem is that adivasis are not capable to solve their own problems. Society is not capable because society has deficiency of united strength.  To solve hundreds and thousands of difficulties it is very necessary to have united strength.

Adivasis want to solve their social, economic, political, cultural and educational problems but in order to solve them are they capable? One or two people may be an exception but as far as entire adivasis society is concerned; after self-reflection and self-evaluation it came to be known that adivasis society is not capable of finding solutions to their problems. There is wish to find solutions but is wish a magic stick? And those adivasis trusted for 58-59 years after Independence, will they provide solutions? Will they enforce adivasis welfare? From their deeds they have proved that they do not want to look after adivasis welfare. And in order to look after their own welfare adivasis do not have their own strength, then what is to be done? The only option before adivasis is to join nationwide agitation.

Adivasis must join such an agitation that will have self-respect, self-dependent that will not work on the commands from the ruling castes; one such agitation that will have its objective, an ideology, a program that will actively work toward 90 crore mulnivasis into unity. ‘BAMCEF’ is working towards creating such agitation in this direction; nationwide agitation that will solve all our basic problems. There is no alternative to this.

Part 10: Ruling Castes' betrayal of Adivasis

Betrayal in every field of life

More or less enemy is of two types. One is open enemy and one hidden enemy. In village man is alerted the moment he notices snake. And when snake gets alerted the moment he sees man. When both are alerted then both save themselves. Man saves himself from an open enemy but it is not possible for man to save himself from hidden enemy because hidden enemy attacks through hiding. The history of invader Arya Brahmin is such that he cannot defeat mulnivasis in face to face combat but only through betrayals and mistrusts.

We get an example of this in Ramayana. In Ramayana in order to kill Ravana collaborates with his brother Vibhishan. World says that only Ram can kill Ravana but Ram knows that he cannot kill Ravana. People of the world has belief, faith and trust on Ram that he can kill Ravana but Ram knows that he cannot kill and that’s why he takes Ram’s brother with himself. In Mahabharat Krishna says to Arjun, “Arjun, wheel of Karna’s chariot is stuck in soil and he is removing it, kill him!” Arjun says, “No, no. It is already sunset and that’s why it is against dharma. I cannot kill Karna.”

Krisha says, “Dharma, you know or I? You are a fighter according to the Dharma but I am an ultimate decider of dharma. I am telling you to kill Karna.” Arjun says, “No, no…I am a soldier, I will kill Karna in face-to-face combat.” Krishna says, “I know how big soldier you are. You will survive in front of Karna. Now is the opportunity. You are facing his back, attack.” This is not an imaginary narration. Invader Aryans has written their history.  The ideal that has been written in the scriptures of the Aryans that if mulnivasis has to be kept enslaved for long terms then  carry on betrayals and mistrusts. When time comes Vishkanyas are also used. Fight breaks out between Sukracharya and Devas. Shukracharya is a Guru of Danavs, and he has a mantra of eternal life. Dev sent one of his men to Shukracharya. That man asks Sukhracharya to recite mantra. That time Sukhracharya puts condition that ‘if you are ready to marry my daughter Deviyani then I can give you my mantra.”

That man agrees to the condition of Shukracharya. After getting mantra that brahmin man says “for me my people are dear. I cannot marry your daughter.” He betrays. Puranas narrate the story of Samudra Manthan. It is told that Amrut is excavated from the Samudra Manthan. In this story Devyani is a Brahmin and Danav is mulnivasi. Through breach of trust Devas take away all the amrut.

It is written proof from all the stories told in Puranas that foreign invaders never engaged in face-to-face battle with mulnivasis. If they had to fight face-to-face then in Rigveda Arya might have not prayed that ‘Oh Indra, give us the strength to destroy the danavs. This proves that Aryas did not have face-to-face combat with us.

What is the situation today? Today, in spite of there being democracy there is no solution to our problems. Why there is no solution? What is the foundation of democracy? The foundation of democracy is representatives. County’s 100 crore people cannot go to Parliament. If those representatives do not represent us then there is democracy but we have no voice. 500 representatives of 100 crore people go as our voice. If among these representative we have no representation and that’s why we have no voice. When we have no voice then who will listen to us? If there is no hearing at all then there is there is solution to any of problem. This means that today there is democracy but without representation. 119 people who get elected to the Parliament from SC, ST reserved seats are transformed into agents (dalals and Bhadwas). 1050 MLA who get elected also faced with similar fate.

Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar was fighting to get representation to SC, ST and OBC while Gandhi was not ready to give representation to them. Dr.Ambedkar was trying to convert democracy into practical democracy while Gandhi was trying to make democracy a drama, a tamasha, a nautanki. Same drama goes on today. Today adivasis are granted representation only for the show, but after giving representation did they even got place in Cabinet? Congress ruled this country for  50 years, what is the state of Adivasis in this 50 years? P.A. Sangma was made the speaker of the Lok Sabha. P.A.Sangma hails from North-Eastern State where adivasis has 90% population. If in 50 years any adivasis person is made the Speaker of Lok Sabha or if another adivasis person is made Minister, it is not the big thing. But it is unlikely that other than North Eastern States anybody from other Adivasis Areas is sworn in as Cabinet Minister. Dilip Singh Bhuria, an Adivasi person from Madhya Pradesh was made the Chairman of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Commission. This is post of the rank of cabinet minister but he was not made minister only Chairman of the Commission. He was not made independent Cabinet minister.

As far as educational field is concerned there is no separate provision in the budget education of adivasis. Big projects, big dams are constructed where adivasis reside, that’s why it has become very difficult for adivasis to live in those areas.  They are displaced from there but in its place they are not rehabilitated at any different place. There are minerals in the adivasis areas, that’s why they are driven out from there and their lands are snatched. This means whatever attempts of development are made in the adivasis areas, these attempts are not for the development of Adivasis but its result have come forth as displacement of adivasis.

Adivasis who are displaced are roaming in misery to earn their daily bread but there is no one is concerned about them. Such a dangerous life adivasis are living in Independent India. Those who are saying that this is a freedom of all the people, in this country all this is happening. On basis it could be said that this freedom is freedom of all the people? This can never be said. In every field of life there has been betrayal of adivasis but the betrayal that has taken place with Water, Minerals that betrayal is connected with snatching away their land. That way Adivasis land cannot be acquired as per the constitutional provisions, yet the land is taken over.

Capitalist people have captured adivasis land. Without informing their land is being acquired, land records are changed. Wherever this land has been captured adivasis are driven away from there. The way this issue of betrayal is coming forward, adivasis stayed connected with congress and congress continuously played around with them. When BJP came to power in Centre then they carried on the work of betraying adivasis.

Biggest numbers of adivasis legislators are in Chhattisgarh but their Chief Minister is Rajput. One Adivasi is Chief Minister of Jharkhand all his administration is under Brahmin control. Wherever Chief Minister’s chief secretary will be brahmin over there even though adivasi is a Chief Minister he will not be able to do anything for adivasis. If he tries to do anything for anything then immediately he is removed from the position of Chief Minister.

When Babulal Marandi tried to do this way then he was removed from the Chief Minister’s position and Arjun Munda was made the Chief Minister. Whether it is social fiel, economic field, educational field, cultural field, political field or some other field, in every field adivasis are betrayed and this betrayal continues. This challenge in front of adivasis and how to face it is the biggest question in front of adivasis today.
