Reservation, a must for Marathas-Kunbi-OBC

1)    Maratha-Kunbi bretheren must get reservation.

2)    Unitll Maratha-Kunbi bretherens are included in OBC they will not benefit from Central reservation. That’s why Maratha-Kunbi brethren must be included in OBC.

3)    Tamilnadu formula must be used. Today there is 71% reservation in Tamilnadu.

4)    There must be caste-based census of Maratha-Kunbi and OBC and according to it reservation proportionate to the population must be granted.

5)    Supreme Court celing on reservation at 50% must be cancelled.

6)    Maratha-Kunbi brethren must even be granted political reservation proportionat to their population. They have reservation at local self –governing bodies such as Pachayat Samitis, Zilla Parishad, Nagarpalika, Mahanagarpalika from 1983 when 73^rd and 74^th amendments were brought about. But they have no political reservation at State Assembly and Lok Sabbha.

7)    All the above points must be accomplished through caste based census; as after 1931 caste based census did not take place. Actually deliberately it was not carried on.

8)    Rashtriya mulnivasi Sangh will support reservation if demanded by anyone. This is so because we are supporters of reservation. We are not anti-reservation.  Even if Euressian Brahmins demand reservation even then we will surely grant them reservation proportionate to their population means 3.5%. We will not create injustice against them. For the past 5000 years they created injustice against mulnivasi people and in all fields kept reservation with themselves. Actually after taking such a great benefit none from their community should be poor. And suppose after taking all the benefits there is “Poor brahmin” then they should be declared as “Nalayak” (ineligible) and these Nalayak Brahmins must be allotted reservations from their 3.5% quota. This is so because in terms of reservation we do not wish to create injustice against anyone. Only condition is that it should be granted proportionate to population. “Whoever popupulation is bigger, proptionatate in their share”. This is called real democracy. How if this becomes reality? If every jati is given reservation proportionate to their population then none will feel bad about it. No one will have reason to be upset. Not even Euressian Brahmins!

9)    Only the people in their respective categories must get SC, ST,OBC reservation. No other people from categories outside these must be recritied under the pretext that candidates are not available to fill up the respective post.

10) For this purpose training must be imparted to prepare respective category candidates. Now for example 432 open category candidates were selected in IITs. Why? It is said that candidates from reservaed seats could be found. This must happen. For this only OBC category children must be trained and OBC category seats must be gratned only to OBC category. For this if required government must start training for IIT, IIM or UPSC.

Today 168 families from Maharashtra have destroyed democracy. Nehru family has subverted democracy. Democracy has been throttled. Single Nehru family had a post of India’s Prime ministership for 37 years. This transformed democracy into brahmanocracy.  They changed republic, democracy or rule of the people into Brahmin rule. Lots of intellectual people from mulnivasi Bhahujan samaj through the Brahmin-Bania media say that Indian democracy is world’s great and biggest democracy. They say this with great pride. This is not a democracy but biggest drama. In the language of north India it is called ‘Nautanki’. In the name of democracy it is brahmanocracy. Four pillars of democracy 1) legislature 2) Executive 3) Judiciary 4) Press; today all these are under brahmanical capture. This means that this is brahmanocracy. This is not democracy.

How did reservation reached zero today?

1)    Through liberalization Indian Government waved off 25 year old loans of India’s Bania industrialists amounting to Rs. 57,000 crore and interest of Rs. 1200 crores. In addition waved off the current loans of 2 lakh 31 thousand crore ruppees. Beside turned their black money white. This is in opposition to the Constitution of India. In short instead of sharing concern for 100 % of India’s population cared for only Bania industrialists. This is against Constitution.

·         Due to Privatization reservation granted via constitution got destroyed. Indian Constitution accepted socialism. And those in whose constitution is have accepted privatization.

·         Through Globalization 27,000 foreign companies invited into India and are enslaving the country again. This is against Contitution. So far whenever India has been enslaved it is always only because of Eurassian Brahmins; now too same process is under way.

2)    Through SEZ mulnivasi people’s land was taken away by force. Central government (Government of India) has placed this responsibility of taking away the land, on every State government. This is a program of making Bhumiputras landless. This is against Contitution of India.

3)    Transformation of individual trade into global business is leading to the destruction of 4 crore individual traders businesses. This is against Indian Constitution.

4)    Privatization of Higher and Proffesional Education is underway and as a result class of people creating awakening, organizing will not come into existence.  This is being ensured. This is against constitution of India.

5)    Primary and Secondary school education is being deliberated pushed into mess. Deliberately the budget kept for education is just 3.24%. This is against Contitution of India.

In Short jobs of the workers are being taken away. Lands of the farmers are being forcefully taken away. Individual traders’ businesses are being shut. To ensure that intellectual class does nto get generated Higher and Proffesional eduation is being shut down. What is special is that these workers, farmers, and individual traders are all mulnivasis. And the Indian Constitution is written to grant rights to the Indian mulnivasi people. Manusmriti has taken away rights and privileges of these very mulnivasi people.

This means every item is going against Constitution of India. This means Indian Constitution has been ended. No speaks against this either in the Parliament or in the State Assembly; the reason: Poona Pact. Poona Pact created silent people who will not speak. The chief objective of Poona Pact is that the real representatives in the democracy should not be elected.  Today Indian Parliament has 200 MPs from OBC communities, 119 from SC, ST communities and 18 Muslim MPs. That means 200+119+18=337 means more than two-third. But these 337 MPs has not right to speak even a word in Parliament. The reason: Poona Pact. Such a vast destruction is taken place with our mulnivasi brethren, the work against Indian Constitution is ongoing, and even then not a single MP speaks out in Parliament, reason: Poona Pact.

Our mulnivasi people consider politics as struggle, agitation and organsisation. Actually Politics is different from struggle-agitation and organization is different. Exactly this is not known to lot of our mulnivasi people activists, leaders and even intellectuals; this is very sad and regrettable reality. Those who consider themselves as stalwart intellectuals, thinkers, economists beg with Congress or NCP for a single seat. And what is special is that they do not get even this one seat in response of their beggary. Actually these intellectuals and thinkers must have awakened unawakened people, organised unorganized people, they must educate them, and they must develop self respect in them. Phule-Shahu-Periyar-Ambedkar never agititated for getting bhakar (Food item in India), the great struggle that they waged solved the problem of Bhakri (Food). Those who does not have self respect in their own roots, how will they create self-respect in others? When they don’t have it in them how will be shown outside? In Short Indian Constitution is not effective.

Jati conflicts: new cospiracy of Eurassian Brahmins:

This is of creating conflicts between various jatis of mulnivasi people. Jati is a creation of Eurassian Brahmins. They created 6000 jatis in India and in every jati created between 12 to 13 groups Potjatis. In this way there are nearly 75,000 jatis in India. Educated people from other countries particularly from western countries invetnted newer and never things and people from all over the world benefited from it. For example electricity, electric appliances, Radio, T.V., Computer, medicines for various deseases etc etc. like this they engaged themselves in lakhs of experiments and invented crores of thinggs and all the people of the world benefited from their inventions. Like this, Eurassian Brahmins too have one invention to their credit. Which invention? Invention of Varna and Jati system and Untouchability. What is special about this invention is that it benefitted solely Eurassian Brahmins and they continue to benefit. Nobody else benefitted from this.

What is the mindset of Jati system?

Every jati considers other jati as its dangerous enemy. Between jatis there is antagonisms, there is mistrust, tremendous distance. Heaps of misunderstandings amongs themselves, deep-rooted suspicions amongst themselves, and intense hatred and enemity between them. They consider each other superiour and inferior (higher and lower). Lower jatis hate upper jatis and higher jatis look upon lower jatis with animosity. Every jati is satisfied and happy that there is a jati below their jati. They do not accept sweets fromlower jatis but tolerate sleeper from higher jati. They cannot tolerate words from lower jatis but accept with joy kicks from higher jatis… ‘Whatever you do Lord but let me grow aminds your sleepers’.  This is very cheap and miserable mindset has been come about. Eurassian Brahmins generated this knowingly, deliberately; its objective is that 6000 jatis must not unite as single force.

Our Mulnviasi Mahapurushas dedicated their lifefimes to awaken these 6000 jatis, connect them with each other, organize them, to create one united society. They tried their lifetimes to inculcate the values of Justice, Freedom, Equality and brotherhood. For this they had to suffer lots of hardships such as Insults, scorns, and indignity. Eurassian Brahmins sent people to attack them, they attempted to kill them, and some of them were even murdered. They diluted their ideologies by various mixtures alien ideas, and polluted them.  Tathagat Budha tried to unite everyone as ‘Bhahujans’. All the mulnivasi saints tried to unite the mulnivasis as ‘Warkari’. Kulwadi, Bhushan, Bhahujan Pratipalak Chatrapati Shivaji tried to unite mulnivasis from here in the name of ‘Maule’. Rashtrapita Jyotirao Phule tried to unite mulnivasis from here in the names of ‘Gairbhamani’, Abrahmani, ‘Brahmanettar’ and also ‘Satyashodak’. For these very people Rajashree Shahu Maharaj declared 50% reservation. Vishwaratna, Mahamanav, Babasaheb Dr.Bhimrao Ambedkar created a new society -in constitutional language – connecting SC, ST, OBC, Ex-CT, all the converted and women.

That’s why awareness of this was possible. With this awakening amongst people increased. They came to recognize friends-enemies. They began to differentiate as to who belongs to them and who is alien. They began to understand conspiracies of Eurassian Brahmins. Jatis began to join together, began to interact with each other and began to establish contacts with other jatis. Based on human values of Justice, Freedom, Equality, and Brotherhood new society, new Bharat, new country, new nation, began to rise up. Mulnivasi people began to share joys and sorrow of each other; began to help each other in times of difficulties and hardships.  Due to this fire from the foot of the Eurassian Brahmins entered their head. All their hard work went down the drain. They adopted the policy of ‘devide and rule’. Because of awakening mulnivasi people began to consider them as their enemies. Due to awareness mulnivasi people began to leave their religion. Those on hints from Brahmins were fighting with lower jati, those who were scorning lower jati, those who were burning doors-houses of lower jati; began to treat lower jati with brotherhood. They were not uniting because of jati system. After noticing that mulvasi people are coming together and uniting Brahmins became nervous. They began to organize their think-tanks. And after their think-tank meeting they decided to implement new conspiracy. That conspiracy is that in the name of reservation re-create fights between jatis, to break the unity amongst the mulnivasi people and create strife.

For this purpose in South India they have created conflicts between two jatis – Mala and Madinga. In North India they have created a fight between Chamar and Valmiki. In Rajashtan they got tensions between Minas and Gujjars. In Maharastra earlier Mahars used to be fighting Chambars and Matang under brahmanical tutelage. Now they have created a new fight between Maratha-Kunbi versus OBC. Like this to create fights they use respective people from respective jatis. To teach all this to our people is a challenge. I write this not to show off my scholarship but make mulnivasi bhahujan samaj understand reality.

Actually true fight in India is between Arya X Anarya, Arya X Dravid, Brahmin X Brahmanettar, Brahmin X Abrahmin, Brahmin X Non-brahmin, Truth X Falsehood, Justice X Injustice, Equality X Inequality, Freedom X Slavery and Enemy X Friend. Our mulnivasi brother has forgotten this. That’s why this is an attempt to re-tell this history. Eurassian say with all the pride ‘Shudra, ati-shudras have little knowledge’. That’s why they have again started to create strive in our mulnivasi samaj under the garb of reservation, and there is new attempt to create animosity between various jatis as it was prevalent earlier.

Actually

1)    SC earlier was 15% and now 17% = 1700 jatis

2)    ST are 7.5%                                  =  750  jatis

3)    OBC are 52%                                = 3743 jatis

4)    Ex-CT                                            = 197  jatis

5)    Converted mulnivasis are 10.5%

That means the total nearly crosses 85%. That’s why we must grant reservation to Eurassain Brahmins proportionate to their population means 3½ %. Sometime ago Eurassian Brahmins organsied World Brahmin conference in Pune. What is about this is that this was an effort of one secondary school teacher named named Moreshwar Ghaisas. We must think as to what our teachers are doing and what Eurassian Brahmin teachers do. In this conference even Satish Chandra Mishra from Uttar Pradesh had participated. All the Eurasian Brahmins in India publicly facilitated him. In his gratitude speech to the facilitatation program he declared “We wish to re-establish Vaidik Dharma in India.” This means there is no Vaidik dharma in existence today. It is because Vsihwaratna, Mahamanav, Babasaheb Dr.Bhimrao Ambedkar destroyed it; that vaidik dharma Satishchandra Mishra wish to re-establish. Vaidhik Darama means Varna Dharma meaning 1) Brahmin 2) Kshatriya 3) Vyashya 4) Shudra. He howver did not disclose as where mulnivasi Bhahujan samaj will be categorized. Even Ramdev Baba declared in his 7^th September 2008 speech “We wish to re-establish Chaturvarna”.

In this Brahmin conference Brahmins passed many resolutions. In that one resolution reads as “We will not demand Reservation”. Lots of people, means mulnivasi people could not understand its proper meaning. That’s why mulnivasi people use above sentence liberally. The above sentence has two objectives

1) To tease Marathas-kunbi-OBC - who are currently demanding reservation- as beggars.

2) If Brahmins demand reservation then what percentage will they demand? Only 3½%. And today they have 71% reservation.  Then why will they demand reservation?

3) Brahmins today are ruling community, and ruling community never demand reservation but compels others to demand. That’s why Mahamanav, Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar calls upon all the mulnivasis to “rise up to be ruling community.”

Today LPG, SEZ, Transformation of Retail Marketing into Global Marketing, privatization  of higher and Proffessional eduation is going on. All these processes are against the constitution of India. This means due to above processes reservation has come to zero. And Eurassian Brahmins has created fight amongst us for this zero and we too are fighting for zero. How?

Like how Mahar says “We will not give zero reservation to Matang”.

Matang says, “It is fine if we shed our blood, but we will not leave without getting zero reservation”. And then Mahar respond, “If is fine if we shed our blood but we will not grant zero reservation.” This dangerous struggle has been deliberately started amongst various jatis of mulnivasi people and our people specially the educated one, those who consider themselves thinkers fall prey to it. True mulnivasi intellectuals, guides must think differently. Unawakened people must be awakened, unorganized people must be organised. All the suffering people, victimized by the system must be united. On the contrary they fight amongst themselves. Did Kulwadi Bhushan Bhahujan Pratipalak Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Rashtrapita Jyotirao Phule, Rajashree Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj, E.V.Periyar Ramasamy, Vishwaratna Mahamanav, Babasaheb Dr.Bhimrao Ambedkar, Rashtramata Ahilyabai Holkar, Rashra Sant Gadge Maharaj, Sahityasamrat Annabhau Sathe worked only for their jatis? Did they struggle to provide reservation to only their jati? This must be thought about by mulnivasi bhahujan samaj thinkers.

Marathas: a serious issue, a serious hint

A reservation for Marathas is not the issue in front of the state Assembly and state politics. Maharashtra Assembly has a right provide reservation only within the limits of Maharashtra. It does not have right to provide reservation across the Country. This must be kept in mind by the members of the public and agitators. NT, DNT, VJNT since having state reservations has suffered tremendous loss.

1)    NT, DNT, VJNT has state reservations. That’s why they can answer MPSC exam and can occupy the post of Tehsildar. But they cannot answer UPSC exams based on this reservation and qualify as IAS (Collector), IPS, IRS, IFS. Similarly based on these reservations then can contest elections and enter the State Assemby as MLA but based on this reservation they cannot contest elections and Parliament as MP, and country’s affairs are solely carried on by MPs and IAS officers, meaning higher ranked officers.

This means that NT, DNT, VJNT class of people are strong, able and powerful in the State but in Centre it is weak. Intellectuals from Marathas must keep in mind that this situation must not come on Maratha brothers.

2)    Opportunities for employment are more in Centre that in State. Outside Maharastra these NT, DNT, VJNT are nowhere and outside Maharastra they are classified as OBC. Clever politicians in Maharastra for the purpose of winning their votes have granted them separate reservation.

Dr.Ambedkar has furnished guidelines under article 46 for the Ex-Criminal Tribes to include in SC, ST or OBC categories. So far no State has included these Ex-criminal under SC, ST or OBC category. This is because central reservation is applicable only for three three categories 1) SC 2) ST 3) OBC.

That time Dr.Ambedkar used to say ‘degrade your caste’ because caste is not the matter of pride. Caste is slavery. But at this time Gandhi told our people specially Maratha-Kunbi-OBC ‘Upgrade your caste’ and considers your caste as great. That’s why Mali instead of considering himself as Mali started calling himself ‘Kshatriya Mali’. Sonar instead of calling themselves sonar, started calling themselves as ‘Dayvadnya Sonar’. Sutar instead of calling themselves Sutar started calling themselves Vishwakarma Sutar etc etc. If these mulnivasi jatis had listened to Babasaheb Ambedkar that time then all the 6000 jatis would have become SC, and today times would have not knocked on us to say throw us in ST, throw us in truck, throw us in Tempo. That time itself we would have got transformed into ruling community and all our problems would have been solved. Maratha-Kunbi-OBC instead of listening to Dr.Ambedkar, instead of accepting his leadership listened to Gandhi and accepted Gandhi’s leadership that’s why Maratha-Kunbi-OBC are compelled to demand reservations today. Truly Marathat-Kunbi-People are destroyed soley because of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. Even then Maratha-Kunbi-OBC people believe Gandhi as their messiah.

SC and ST got the leadership of person like Dr.Ambedkar, strong, intellectual and honest. That’s why in 1932, 15 years prior to independence SC and ST got the reservation and they benefited in terms of their welfare.  OBC-Kunbis found the leadership of person like Gandhi the betrayer-bania, that’s why till today they have to demand reservation. This is an effect of leadership, effect of choice of leadership. Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj says “Leader of wolf is only wolf, leader of deer is deer alone, means their respective speicie animal becomes a leader. How come then Brahmin-Bania becomes the leader of mulnvisis? If Wolf becomes the leadership of Sheep then what will be the consequences?” This is exactly the plight of Maratha-Kunbi-OBC due their acceptance of leadership of Gandhi. With the support and collaboration of Maratha-Kunbi-OBC Gandhi forced British to vacate India and handed over power to Brahmins and re-enslaved us. Now if want to get our freedom back then we will have to re-build nation-wide agitation for liberation. Some clever people from OBC say that Marathas must not be included in OBC list. If they are not included in OBC then they will get the state level reservation only like the case of NT, DNT, VJNT; they will not get the reservation at central government level. Just the way NT, DNT, VJNT suffered the same way Marathas also suffered. This is a serious issue that activists must take note of. Without causing any harm to OBC, Marathas can be included in OBC list. Based on population percentage will increase. For this purpose the 50% reservation limit fixed by Justice Chandrachud will have to be removed through Constitutional amendment via Article 368 of the Indian Constitution. Only honesty is necessary. What justice is it that 50% population of India – women are sought to be given 33% reservation and for 52% OBC just 27% reservation? There ought to be thinking and reflection on this point as well.

Why is it so? This is because Chief Minister alone cannot provide reservation to Marathas. In committee the opponent of the reservations for Marathas – Saraf - was inducted as a member.

Objective: To deny reservations to Marathas. Due to reservation intellectual class keeps developing. In order to develop intellectual class like this Mahapurushas like Phule, Shahu, Periyar struggled for their entire lives and won reservations. This is in order to create ruling community and not the backward community. Reservation is not crutches; it is shield and helmet for protection. Today it is aid that Marathas are ruling. If this is so then how many Marathas directly passed UPSC exam conducted by National Public Service Commission and enrolled as IAS officers? In Maharashtra today Brahmins rank first and Mahars rank second in passing of UPSC exam and enrolling as IAS officers. What is the rank of Marathas in this? This question must be asked by our Maratha-Kunbi brothers to Maratha politicians. If today intellectual are formed from the reservation to Marathas then they will kick the 68 families that are engaged in politics. That’s why Maratha Politician does not wish to provide reservation to Marathas. The meaning of appointing Baput commission and Saraf Commission is to deny reservation to Marathas. This is only a hint. Which one?  It is to appoint Eurasian Brahmins as the Chairman of the Commissions and deny reservations to Marathas. It is said that “fot the understanding one hint is enough” but as Maratha-Kunbi brother does not have key knowledge they have not understood anything from this hint. That’s why they are taking undue advantage of our ignorance.

Today we see large number of people from SC and ST who are qualified as SSC, HSC, Graduate, Post graduate. But this percentage is less amongst Maratha-Kunbi brothers. Maratha politicians take advantage of this situation and create newer and newer conspiracies to deny reservation.
