Third phase of destruction of mulnivasi samaj: Transformation of retail marketing into global marketing (shopping malls)

Waman Meshram, National President, Bharat Mukti Morcha

India’s retail market is composed of small of small traders. Eurasian Brahmins are conspiring to transform this into global market.

India is leading in terms of number o small traders in retail markets. India has over 1 crore 30 lakh small shops. This number of small shops in India is the highest in the World. The annual turnover of these shops is nearly 9 lakh crore. In this trade people from all the religions and OBC people are involved. Nearly 4 crore people are in this business. If these small traders market is transformed into global market, into big business then these 4 crore people will be rendered unemployed and those who depend on these 4 crore people 4×5=20 crore people will die due to hunger. (1 small shop keeper × 5 dependents on him, like this 4 crore × 5 = 20 crore people will die out of hunger) And what is most special is that all of them are mulnivasis.

Privatization is depriving Employed class of their employment. That means privatization is put in place to destroy working class.

SEZ is meant to destroy farmers, to make them landless.

Malls means Global marketing is meant to destroy small traders, individual business. This is Peshwaee. This is Manusmriti. This is Brahmanism. And Most of the educated from the mulnivasi bhahujan samaj are not aware of anything of this. And those who are aware of this they are not carrying on the task making other people aware of this. That’s why our society is not becoming aware. That’s why Babasaheb Ambedkar used to always say, “If society progresses then educated class is responsible for it. And I society regresses even then educated society is responsible for it. Educated class, beneficiary class, class that is profited with all the facilities cannot avoid the responsibility of society’s destruction. He will have to take this responsibility on himself.”

SEZ: second phase of mulnivasi samaj destruction

Waman Meshram, National President, Bharat Mukti Morcha

SEZ – Special Economic Zone legislation came up in the Parliament in the year 2005. At this time Murasoli Marang was commerce minister. This legislation was passed in the Parliament on 10th February 2006 when Kamal Nath (Chindwada, Madhya Pradesh) was a Commerce minister.

(a)  First part of SEZ law: According to this law Indian Bania industrialists have got the right to buy 5000 hectare to 35,000 hectare of land. A farmer however has right to buy only 18 acre of horticulture land and 52 acres of farm land.

One hectare = 2.40 acre means nearly 2½ acre.

5,000 hectare × 2½ = 12,500 acre.

35,000 hectare × 2½ = 87,500 acre.

This mean India’s bania industrialists are granted right to buy minimum  12,500 acre of land and maximum 87,500 acre of land legally. What is special is that they have a right to forcible buy mulnivasi farmer’s land. If land is not given for sale then they have a right to shoot. The evidence is of kalinganagar Adivasis who refuse to sell their lands and Navin Patnaik government shot to death 13 adivasis. These adivasi had not even piece of wood to counter State forces. This way unarmed adivasis were targeted for shoot outs by Patnaik government and 13 adivasis were killed. The police officer who carried on this was protected by Sonia Gandhi. In West Bengal at Singur and Nandigram same thing happened. What is special is that there is the government of Communists. Whether brahmin is of congress, BJP, Sena or Communists ultimately he is only a Brahmin. Communists proved this in Singur and Nandigram.  These communists are so dangerous that the oppose privatization, SEZ outside the Parliament and they remain silent inside the Parliament, they offer silent support. In Maharastra in Thane and Konkan this exactly this type of affairs are ongoing.

     One Important question:

Why should mulnivasi farmers give their land to India’s Bania industrialists? To increase their credit in the international market upto 1.5%. This means Indian Industrialists don’t even have 1.5% of credit in the international market. What is their credit percentage in the international market? In the international market Indian bania industrialists has only 0.07% credit. This is their merit. And these badmash people shout that mulnivasi people does not have merit

Indian Brahmins-Kshatriyas-Vyashas are but shudras in terms of merit in USA. This means Indian Bania does not have merit. They are not worthy. They are not worthy; they have no qualification to compete with others in the International market.

British used to say that Indian people do not have merit in them. SC, ST, OBC, Ex-CT, CM and women has no merit in them and Indian bania industrialists has just 0.07% merit in them. And now they want to make it 1.5%. For this reason they are wresting away lands of mulnivasi farmers lands. And if the land is not given then they are shot at.

One important part of this law is that only 10% of the purchased land will be used for industry and remaining 90% will be used for real estate. Real Estate means you can do anything with this land example mall, seven star hotel, airport, port for ships. You can build multi-storeyed building over one flat and these flats you can sell at the rate that you desire. In short you can do anything. If they really have to set up industry then they have to buy only that much land that is required for the industry and the land must be used only for the industry. But they have right even to re-sell this land.

During British era there was Land acquisition Act 1894. That time very few people’s lands were taken over by British and what is beneficial to the society was set up like pharmacies, hospitals, schools, colleges, government offices,, Bridges, Dams, Railway, Roads etc. In short foreign people use to take over lands of handful of people and lakhs and crores of people used to benefit from the land use. Today those who call themselves indigenous take over the lands belonging to lakhs and crores of people and who profits from them? Tata, Ambani, Mittal, Bajaj, Goenka etc industrialists. These bania industrialists supply money to Brahmins when the elections approaches and after elections these Brahmins protect the interest of Banias. They make laws that would protect their interest and promote their welfare. Mulnivasi MP transform themselves into the stick of axe against their own communities.

(b)  Second part of SEZ ACT:

Indian government will provide entire infrastructure facilities to these bania industrialists example electricity, water, land, and all other facilities. In addition there will be 15 tax holiday for these bania industrialists. They will not be required to pay any taxes. Taxes per year is 1 lakh 86 thousand crore. 1,86,000 crore × 15 = 27 lakh 90 thousand crore. This much taxes of theirs are waved off. This type of decision are however not taken in case of farmers. No taxes of farmers are waved off and that’s why 16,632 farmers were forced to commit suicide. Amongst them 90% of them are Maratha-Kunbi. There is not a single Politician, Businessmen and temple priest amongst those who committed suicides. This is very special of 2004 to 2009. But speeches farmers are referred as provider of the world. On these very providers of the world Eurasian Brahmins and their boot licking dalals and bhadwas are forced into such time when they are pushed into committing suicide.

(c)  Third part of SEZ Act

Where ever SEZ will be set up labout laws will not be applicable. There will be not right to form union for the workers. They will have to work for 16 hours and get the payment of 8 hours. Any worker will be fired from the job anytime directly. Any worker will be taken on the job any time. Any amount of workers will be retrenched any time. Workers will have no holidays. Workers will have no facilities whatsoever.  In Short in SEZ workers have no fundamental rights, and Indian Constitution was written to grant fundamental rights to every citizen of India.

(d)  SEZ Act’s most dangerous part four:

Whoever has prepared SEZ law has written that SEZ is deemed to be foreign territory. And this is passed by MPs in the Indian Parliament. Why is it written “SEZ is deemed to be foreign territory”? It is because in foreign territory the Indian constitution will not be applicable. This means they be turned slaves then if it happens then fundamental rights will be infringed upon. That’s why when they will be approaching the Supreme Court, the Supreme Court will then decide that in the land where you reside is part of SEZ and wherever there are SEZ territories your Constitution is not applicable. This means you will not get justice even in Supreme Court. The truth is that the fundamental rights that are granted to us are the result of hard fought battles by our Mahapurusha for 108 years. Nobody can destroy these fundamental rights. But SEZ Act destroyed these fundamental rights.

Indian Constitution is not applicable to Nepal as it is foreign territory. Indian Constitution is not applicable to Pakistan because it is a foreign territory.  Indian Constitution is not applicable to Sri Lanka because it is a foreign territory. After being declared foreign territory, Constitution of India will not be applicable to SEZs in India. Such a mighty dangerous conspiracy is being created against mulnivasi people we don’t even have even little information on it.

Atal Behari Vajpayee spend 15,000 crore to fight Cargill war, on a where there is only ice and no oxygen at all. Those who fought to get back these icy lands without oxygen we refer to not just patriot but as great Patriot. And now, the same Atal and Sonia declared crores of acres of fertile land as foreign territory under SEZ Act. Is this not an anti-national act?

It has not come to the public notice that not even a single MP from India has opposed SEZ in Parliament. What is the task of MP? The first and foremost task of MP is to prepare law that protects nations’ public interest and promotes public welfare. Do this is known to the MP excluding those who are Banias and Brahmins? If they were aware then will they have prepared the SEZ law of making India homeless and landless? Will they have supported and accepted it? This type 5000 SEZ are in the pipeline in India.

One SEZ has the requirement of minimum one lakh acres of land. Suppose 500 SEZs are set up in India’s 5000 talukas then in these 5000 talukas Indian Constitution will not be applicable. Remaining 500 talukas they will apply SEZ law later. This means SEZ Act will be applicable in the entire country. Indian constitution will not be applicable. Indian Constitution is the law of the land. If there will be no land then what is the meaning of the law of the land viz Constitution of India?

Such highly serious and highly dangerous conspiracies are implemented by the ruling castes and our mulnivasi people, activists, leaders, politicians, ministers are not even aware of little of it. It is the conspiracy of the Eurasian Brahmins to destroy constitution of India.

Through the medium of liberalization loans of bania industrialists are waved off.

Through the medium of Privatization employment of the mulnivasi via reservation is being destroyed.

Through the medium of globalization foreign multinational companies are being invited and Country is being pushed back into enslavement.

Through the medium of SEZ mulnivasi sons of the soils are being made landless and most of our educated people are not even aware of this. They are not sensitive about this; they are not serious about this. Brahmin-Bania media deliberately hide this information. And we read only that is published by brahmin-bania media, we see only that they telecast, and we do only that they tell us to do. Our position: body is our but mind is the control of Brahmins. We are bodily and economically strong but mentally weak. Misery in thought is the biggest misery in the world. That’s why we will have to destroy misery in our thoughts. The amount of fire that is prevalent in thought nowhere else is available. Thought is most powerful. When though is transformed then it is possible to transform other things because the root of transformation is transformation of thought.

LPG is a first phase of destroying mulnivasi bhahujan samaj

By Waman Meshram, National President, Bharat Mukti Morcha

1.    Liberalization:
(a)  Past 25 years India’s bania industrialists has borrowed loans to the tune of Rs.57,000 crore. Indian government for the recovery purpose has not even sent them simple notices. If mulnivasi people has loan of only Rs.50,000/- and if it not re-paid in then their house is raided. Their house and property is confiscated and auctioned. They are insulted more than anyone else. If anybody pockets Rs.50/- then police catch them and put them in jail. He is then declared criminal and charge-sheeted. While India’s bania industrialists deliberately did not repay the loan of Rs.57,000 crore. On these Rs 57,000 crore loan there was interest of Rs 1200 crore. That means 57,000 + 1200 = 58,200 crore robbed from Indian government by these bania industrialists. They were neither criminally charged nor were they put in prison. This is what the Liberalization is. You (bania industrialists) are betrayers and we (Indian government) treat you with respect and honor.  Last year Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh waved off loans of farmers worth Rs.60,000 crore and Congress trumpeted this in their campaign. At the same time Rs 2 lakh 31 thousand crore (2,31,000 crore) was waved off of bania industrialists. Entire brahmin-Bania media deliberately did not report this and maintained silence. This is what Liberalization is.
(b)  Those who have got black money P.Chidambaram assured them of converting them into white money. P.Chidambaram is the same  one who was beaten up throwing of shoe at a press conference in Delhi by a Journalist named Jarnel Singh. He is earlier Finance Minister and current home minister. P. Chidmabaram asked those with Black money to keep 70% of it with them and deposit 30% with the government of India. If the did this then their 70% will become white money. Who carries black money? Bania industrialists and businessmen. These people with black money loot mulnivasis people of India but P.Chidambaram saves them. This is what Liberalization is.
(c)  Earlier to shut down down any factory there was a need of 11 workers. Now if you want to close down any factory there is a need of 1000 workers. This means in any factory where there are 1000 workers it can be shut down at any moment. Any time it can be re-started. Anyone any time can be removed from the job. Anyone anytime can be taken on job. In short affairs of the factory can be carried as per the whims and fancies of the one who owns it.

2.    Privatization: the taxes that mulnivasi people pay is worth 8 lakh crore rupees. Indian government invested these 8 lakh crore rupees into:
(1)  Government undertaking companies and
(2)  Public Undertaking companies. In these government has 49% shares (investment) and public has 51% share. In these there are 2 crore workers. If you assume 50 % reservation then out of two crore people 1 crore workers are from mulnivasi Bhahujan samaj. The task of privatizing these companies has been undertaken by Manmohan Singh since 1991. This same Manmohan Singh today is the Prime Minister of India. Out of all the prime ministers he is the most miserable prime minister of India. He is till date most miserable Prime Minister and if Sonia Gandhi is at neighborhood then he looks even more miserable. In the beginning Manmohan Katri assured privatization of the companies that are running in loss. People felt good about this and people supported privatization then he privatized even profit making companies. This is called “Teeth for display are different from teeth to bite.”  Suppose all the companies of India are privatized? Reservation law contained in the Constitution of India will not be applicable here. This is a program of putting an end to reservations in different way in different hand and we keep on strengthening hand. If privatization takes place then there will be no reservations. If there is no reservation then there will be no jobs. Job is an inspiration for education. If after education there will be no jobs then why to study? This feeling will keep on rising, no is already rising. This is a program of enslaving mulnivasi people and after enslaving transforming them into animals. Indian constitution has accepted socialism and central government is carrying on privatization. Is this not anti-Constitution act?
Some examples of Privatization:

a)    A BALCO company is worth Rs.5000/- crore. Arun Shourie sold this company for Rs.551 crore. He sold people’s property so cheaply. Chhattisgarh government was ready to buy it for Rs 3500 crore even then it was sold for 551 crore. This is an incidence of bright day light dacoity. BALCO Company is located on adivasi lands. For the progress of the country Adivasis has given this land to the company. Even this land was sold without consulting adivasis. Government cannot sell adivasi land. Even then it was sold. Adivasis approached Court of law. Court too decided against adivasis. This means in this conspiracy not only ruling party, opposition party in involved but also the Court. This is not the program of Foreign Direct Investments but it is a program of our destruction.
b)    Centaur Hotel in Mumbai was worth Rs.1000 crore. In this public had 51% shares. One man purchased this hotel for 83 crore and sold it for another one for Rs.115 crore. He has not even seen the hotel. Only carried on paper work. By sitting he made profit of Rs 32 crore. Can you another example like this in the world? He sold it then to the third party for Rs.650 crore. If it was sold directly for Rs 650 crore then this Rs 650 crores would have been deposited in the government treasury and this amount could have been used for the welfare of the people of India through various schemes. But in order to enrich his caste blood brothers Shourie did this way. This is privatization.
1)    Globalization: In this 27,000 multinational companies are knocking the door of India. This is because India is world’s biggest market and India’s mulnivasi samaj is biggest consumer class. Policy deciding whether to allow them entry in India or not is called Globilization. In the year 1600 one British company entered India and enslaved us for 150 years. If these 27,000 companies then what is going to be our situation? This needs to be thought about. One multinational company has got the employees that are as many as employees that Maharastra government has (between 12 to 15 lakh)

Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi in 1942 told British to quit India and today Sonia Gandhi, Atal and Communists are telling these companies ‘Welcome to India’ with red carpet. Mulnivasi people must think as to what patriotism is this because this is of mulnivasi people and not of Eurasian Brahmins!

Indian Parliament has passed a law to provide protection to these 27,000 companies. They will be allowed to keep up to 100 armed police for their defense.

If one multinational company keeps 100 armed police then 27,000 multinational companies will have 27 lakh armed police with them. The size of Indian military is just 16 lakh. And what is special about all this is that the guns that these multinational companies have are no ordinary guns. What type Satwant Singh and Behant Singh to shoot Indira Gandhi. And AK-56 guns those were found with our Sanjay Dutta, Munna bhai. Perhaps that may be his Gandhigiri. And what kind of guns Indian military has? First thing is that our guns don’t work. If they work then they cannot shoot from a distance. If shot from distance bullets miss their intended target and if they hit target by mistake then man is not killed. If entire report of the Kargil war is read then this truth surfaces upfront.

Like this 27,000 companies want to enter India and MP from all the political parties have their support to these companies. Some have openly supported other have supported through their silence.

This means that LPG is modern manusmriti. It is a modern Peshwayee. Constitution has accepted socialism. Eurasian Brahmins has started privatization. LPG is against the constitution of India. There is no evidence of any single MP of any political party speaking out on this. LPG is destroying people and the MP who are sent into the Parliament to defend people are not speaking anything against LPG. Not only this except Brahmin-Bania MPs none of other MPs have even simple imagination of what the LPG is.  Today in Parliament OBC has 200 MPs, SC+ST together should have had 119 MPs but they have 126 MPs and Muslims have 18 MPs. 200+126+18=344 MPs. Total MPs in the Parliament are 543. Out of that 344 MPs are Mulnivasis. On the strength of 2/3rd majority they can oppose LPG. But they don’t. The reason is Poona Pact. The fundamental objective of Poona Pact is to prevent representatives, fighting representatives, debating representatives, public interest upholders representatives from getting elected. This Poona Pact is just not applicable to SC+ST but it is indirectly applicable to Maratha-Kunbi-OBC, converted mulnivasis at party level. These MPs from SC, ST, Maratha-Kunbi-OBC and converted mulnivasis while getting elected speak about their communities and after getting elected carry on the work of their respective parties. Because the parties had given them tickets to contest elections. That’s why they have to listen to them alone. Otherwise next time they will not be given ticket to contest next election. This means the Poona pact enslaved MP, enslaved representatives, what is the plight of the common people? This is all effect of Poona Pact. People elect these representatives to speak in defense of their interest but these representatives just don’t open their mouths in the Parliament. They lock their mouth with big lock from Godrej Company. This is because who should speak in the Parliament and who should not is decided by the Party high commands. This is result of Poona Pact and Poona Pact took place because of Gandhi.

Bharat Mukti Morcha supports struggle against privatization of Forts in Goa

Sainath Jalmi

Bharat Mukti Morcha supports ongoing struggle against privatization of Forts in Goa. Number of forts in Goa with historical importance are facing the the threats of privatization. Tiracol Fort, Cabo-de-Rama Fort, Chapora Fort, Reis Magos Fort etc are facing the threat of privatization from the ruling Brahmanical lobby.

Sainath Jalmi, a mulnivasi hailing from Goa's Bhandari community is in the middle of this fight in the form litigation challenging privatization of Reis Magos Fort at Verem, Bardez, Goa. He is in the middle of this struggle since July 2008.

According to Jalmi, corporate houses with links to Bamons and Banias are in collusion with British lobbies to take over this Fort to convert it into a starred hotel. Bharat Mukti Morcha appreciates Sainath Jalmi's efforts and advises Goa government to halt privatization plans.
