Part 18: Revolution and counter revolution in modern India

Waman Meshram, National President, Bharat Mukti Morcha

Rise of counter-revolutionary system

When counter propaganda takes place counter awakening comes about, and with counter awakening counter revolution takes place. In this way propaganda took place, propaganda did not take place but counter propaganda took place, and with this type of propaganda awakening came about and with this kind of awakening counter revolution came about. That’s how rule of Shiv Sena – BJP come about in Maharashtra. When their rule came about Maharashtra Brahmins in Delhi distributed sweets. In one of the government offices in Delhi when Brahmins gave sweets to a Scheduled Caste person named Karade then he asked as to what is the occasion for distributing sweets? That Brahmins relied that we have never thought that in Maharashtra rule of Brahmins will rise up. Bombay High Court cancelled membership of Manohar Joshi and Supreme Court restored his membership. Judiciary is a part of the system.

Judiciary is not for the purpose of people interested in justice. In Judiciary there is no reservation for our people. When Nehru took over as Prime Minister then his biggest task performed was that he created a new system. In new system democracy has four important pillars: Legislature, Administration, Judiciary and Press, these four pillars were created by using his power over rule Parliament to make sure that our people should not become members in them. Nehru captured Administration with 71% Brahmin. Nehru fulfilled the task to make sure that our people will not find representation in Judiciary. Nehru also formulated the law to created and regulate press in India based on which Brahmin-bania media got established. Based on these four pillars of democracy new system got constituted. It can be said that all this happened based on Varna system and not on the basis of the law of Indian Constitution.

Directives of the constitution were used for this purpose. The new system that they created based on directives to conduct elections in Constitution, got public mandate to rule, based on this mandate a person occupies the position of Prime Minister, the strength that lies in this position as Prime Minster was used to create a system, and it is visible in front of us with statistics. If this system is Brahmanical then we can say that Indian Constitution is revolution while the limited system that Nehru created is a counter revolution. On one side ‘Riddles in Hinduism’ agitation got started, and second ‘Mandir-Masjid’ agitation started. This agitation was also started by Congress.

Part 17: Revolution and counter revolution in modern India

Waman Meshram, National President, Bharat Mukti Morcha

Establishment of Brahmin Raj

The destruction of the Constitution that is going on all over the country should not take place. This is surprising matter is not possible it is happening in democracy. If minority of people is ruling over majority of people then other than this, is there any counter revolution? Minority people establish their rule over majority, Brahmins are in administration, Brahmins are in opposition party, Brahmins are in ruling party, what does all this evidence points out to? Brahmins have captured entire power. In India’s history before 1947 entire India was not ruled by Brahmins. On 15th August 1947 India came under Brahmin rule that’s why it was not our Freedom struggle in any way.

Maharastra witnessed the movement called ‘riddles in Hinduism’. Credit for starting of this agitation is given to Madhav Gadkari. Why the issue of ‘riddles in Hinduism’ did was provoked in Maharastra? The Ambedkarite people were supporting OBC people to implement Mandal commission was creating unity amongst SC and OBC people. Brahmins had anticipated such a dangerous scenario in advance. That’s why they drew plan of creating enmity be between SC and OBC people. In order to create this enmity program of ‘riddles in Hinduism’ started. That time Mandal commission agitation had engulfed the entire nation. Brahmins made two teams; one Ram team and second Bhim team.

Kabbadi took place between the two teams. It is natural that the people believing in Ram got separated and those people believing in Bhim got separated. After this agitation Bal Thackeray started a newspaper named ‘samana’. When he submitted application to the registrar of newspapers to get the name ‘samana’ he was told that one person in Kolhapur has already registered the newspaper in that name and if you want then take it from that person. Thackeray paid lakhs of rupees and brought the title for this paper.

In this way Brahmins recognized the danger of our people getting united against them and they succeeded in creating fights amongst our people and separating them from each other. But simultaneously Ambedkarite people played important role in this as the newspapers that carried on the agitation our people participated in a big way. Why did they participate? They did so because thoughts of Babasaheb were threatened, it was important to rescue them, by thinking this way they participated in this agitation. Shiv Sena mobilized 10 lakh people believing in Shivaji at Azad Maidan and Ambedkarite people also mobilized their 10 lakh people on Azad Maidan. This resulted in Shiv Sena increasing its tally from 21 to 228 because of Ambedkarite people. We transform ant into an Elephant and then cry that Elephant is crushing our heads. After this agitation of ‘riddles in Hinduism’ Shiv Sena and BJP came to power in Maharashtra.

There was a time in 1937 when in Faizpur Congress conference took place, that time all also non-brahmin agitation was going on. Gandhiji through trickery merged entire Phule inspired agitation of backward class into congress. In this was movement of non-brahmins carrying on awakening ended but Brahmins did not stop their program of creating counter propaganda.

Part 16: Revolution and counter revolution in modern India

Role of Brahmin-Bania media

This Brahmin-Bania publicity media does not give correct information and knowledge. They say that Lalu Prasad Yadav has nine children, so the person that has nine children how can he do population control? When P.V.Narasimha Rao was the Prime Minister, then he had 13 children, but none of the newspapers published that Narasimha Rao has 13 children. That’s and that’s why they decide as to which information is to be given to you and which information is not to be given is decided by them. You read only that which they allow you to read. That’s why newspaper is not just a newspaper, T.V is not just T.V they are the mechanisms of creating and manipulation public opinion, that’s why they use these mechanisms to create public opinion. What should one crore of people think, this is decided by the newspapers sitting in the air conditioned rooms, and we get into illusion that we think and reflect.

How many people think without help of newspaper and without reading the newspapers and create their opinions? How many people are like this? These people are next to non-existing, that’s why they do not perform the task of giving us knowledge and information. Program that cabinet formulates that program is meant to destroy the Constitution, and if the newspapers do not publish this, then how will public know? If public is not aware then awakening will not take place, people will become victims of illusion. Due to this it will be possible to use this people.

Part 15: Revolution and counter revolution in modern India

Nehru’s letter against reservation

In 1954 Nehru sent secret letter to Chief Ministers. In that letter he wrote that reservation must be implemented because with reservation second graded nation will rise. Exactly this type of letter Dr.Rajendra Prasad had written against reservation to Nehru. The letter written in 1954 to Jawaharlal Nehru under the chairmanship of Swarna Singh is available. Within Congress Nehru had formed the committee under the Chirmanship of Swarna Singh to review the Constitution, later on BJP formed the review commission.

The people who say that congress is better than BJP, it is necessary for those people to know this. It does not mean that I want to say that BJP is better party. BJP is rascal but Congress is even more rascal than BJP. When Janata Party came to power Chowdary Charan Singh was the Home Minister and that time Congress leveled the allegation on Charan Singh that he is anti-dalit. So Charan Singh got very angry. He digged out Nehru’s letter from the old files, and flung it on the face of Congress. He said ‘this is yours such a great ancestor, how strongly do you’ll support untouchables, I know it very well’. When enemies fight sometime we also benefit.

These days the enemies that are fighting, they are fake fights. One fights in the name of religion and second fights in the name of secularism, but both are rascals. The one who fights in the name of secularism declares slogans in Madhya Pradesh ‘Cow is our mother, Ata behari eats it!’ So what, he is not eating here, he eats abroad. He eats whenever he goes abroad.

In this way those fight with the slogans of religion and secularism and carry on campaigns, for those people I want to give an example that in 1954 the man who swore by the Constitution goes against it in 1954 to issue secret letter to the Chief Ministers, was this not the program of destroying the Constitution? There are lots of matters like this related to the Constitution as after winning of the elections cabinet that is formed, these ministers formed their own budget and program, and on this basis formulate their budgets and programs.

Constitution has granted them the rights to do this. These people propagate something and in budgets show something else. We have no people of our own who will carry on budget analysis and the media in our country is the media of Brahmin-bania propaganda machinery. They do not tell correct news to our people because it is only Brahmin-bania propaganda media. Bania is their owner. Biggest newspaper of our country is ‘Times’, it is owned by Jain Bania, ‘Express group’ is owned by Goel, ‘Lokmat’ group is also of banias. That’s how the owner of the newspaper is  bania and the editor and journalist of those newspapers is Brahmin. In this way Brahmin-bania media has been evolved.

Part 14: Revolution and counter revolution in modern India

Betrayal with Constitution

First few lines of the Indian Constitution (Article 1) reads “India, that is Bharat”, this is so because Dr.Ambedkar was aware that Brahmins will translate ‘India’ as ‘Hindustan’. That’s the reason Babasaheb himself gave translation.  In the second sentence in Article 13(2) he wrote that ‘The State shall not make any law which takes away or abridges the rights conferred by this part and any law made in contravention in this clause shall, to  the of contravention be void.’ The Part referred here is of Fundamental Rights. Law in contravention to Fundamental Rights are void in the past and void in the future, that’s why for them Constitution has become a headache.  Constitution is a document of Revolution and naturally there must have been lots of work to destroy and break this Constitution and certainly there has been.

That’s why when the time came about of Golden Jubilee of Indian Constitution they did not organise Golden Jubilee celebrations. By forming the commission to review the Constitution they carried on the betrayal with the Constitution. This was their way of celebrating golden jubilee of the Constitution. This is so because commission was the program of betrayal. Centenary celebrations of 15th August was carried for the entire year and our people were told that every person can hoist tri-color on their houses, hoist it the way you want to hoist. There was no code for this. But still people did not hoist tri-colour as they were still not aware that the Country is witnessing 50 years of its Freedom. People did not feel that they were free because they were thinking that there was no difference between earlier and current times. Efforts to break the Constitution took place.
