Aadhaar Card scandal turns murkier

Aadhaar Card is very dangerous card. Once you do, you have no human identity of name. You are pushed humiliatingly below human dignity to a number. It is a trap. We will be losing our total and complete identity and we will be known only as a number, controlled electronically, manipulated and like Jews in Hitler’s gas chambers are liable to be executed. The data can be shared with intelligence agencies, courts, and police without consent of Aadhaar card holder. The data will be stored in Delhi in powerful computer known as ‘Silas’ collecting iris scans, fingure prints and other valuable data. It is a very disastrous card. Aadhaar cards even though are told as optional, are still made compulsory by the method of cheating written in the constitution of bamon ‘Manusmriti’; earlier it is set on fire better it is. All the data collected for Aadhaar card has to be deleted and Aadhaar card has to be scrapped. It is not passed in the Parliament. Why should it be implemented? Under what law?

Multi-billion dollar scandal of Aadhaar card and its implementation are becoming murkier every passing day. This bio-metric card that is supposed to be devised for the purpose of surveillance of citizens, and control dissent is camouflaged with welfare schemes and control of corruption. In India this system of issuing Unique identification (UID) number is implemented by series of MoUs with Planning Commission of India by-passing the Indian Parliament that has turned down to legislate on this matter and referred the National Identification Authority Bill to the Parliamentary standing committee on Finance. This committee after examining the law pointed out that this entire program lacks clarity of direction, waste of public resources and grave threat to the national security.

The issue of Aadhaar card again came up for discussions in the upper house of the Indian Parliament – The Rajya Sabha on 23^rd August 2013. The matter raised by members of the Parliament were answered by the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Rajeev Sukla  saying that Aadhaar card is not mandatory for availing subsidies including domestic cooking gas. He further added that “if any public sector undertaking is doing it, we will correct it”.

This declaration in Rajya Sabha came as a body blow to the Goa Government that is currently engaged in hoodwinking the people of Goa to share with their private information including the iris scan and all ten figure prints and other personal details by hook or by crook. Truly Aadhaar card idea is like a fishing hook that entices with scholarships, subsidies, government schemes and then get those who do Aadhaar card into a mega trap just like Jesus was trapped by devil with a kiss from Judas that led to his torture and death that lasted for three days. It is not sure as to for how long the trap laid by Aadhaar card will be lasting.

State government wants every individual in Goa under electronic surveillance purpose, that in case of dissent against Bamon Raj that is so high can be curtailed and terminated. This is an agenda that is satanic for the obsession in violating individual privacy and legally illegitimate for by-passing the Indian Parliament. Aadhaar card puts control of the private information of people of India under the control of the suspicious characters as there is no law under which this exercise has been carried on.

What is most surprising is that an IAS officer N.D.Agarwal currently collector of South Goa is executing this plan detrimental to privacy of individuals and security of the country. He on 27^th August 2013 declared that in order to generate e-Aadhaar card he is going to mobilize government machinery for this anti-national purpose! This is an unbecoming of an IAS officer. He is quoted in Herald of 28^th August 2013 saying “the special camps will be held only after receiving the list of consumers from gas agencies.” Then he will deploy all machinery at the taluka level and village level to generate e-Aadhaar letter. He further added saying that the respective area service bank will be called for seeding the bank account number with e-aadhaar at the village level camps.

The South Goa collector is directly executing the betrayal with the Parliament. This is a very serious matter. This UID has no legal sanction from the Indian Parliament, no law is passed, Parliamentary standing committee has asked for the thrashing of entire UID scheme into dust bin and South Goa collector is co-operating to implement such a devilish scheme to trap everyone.

Aadhaar card made its entry into Goa not by any law but through Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between two Eurasian Bamons – then Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat and Nandan Nilekani, Chairperson of Unique Identification Authority of India. This MoU was signed on 22^nd April 2010. The third Bamon current Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar in his first budget speech did not point out that the Indian Parliament has refused to pass the law on Aadhaar card. He did not disclose that this UID scheme is grave threat to the Nation as the authentication contracts are awarded to corporates in USA. He did not disclose that some foreign country will decide whether people living in India are Indians or not. He concealed huge amount of information.  

 He simply said “since substantial money has been spent on the project I would like to derive maximum benefits from the unique number in such a manner that beneficiary oriented schemes are linked to UID. This would facilitate in plugging leakages and possible corrupt practices and help in effective implementation of the schemes. To begin with a few of the schemes like Dayanand Social Security Scheme, Ration cards in Public Distribution System etc will be linked to UID.” The betrayal has sky as its limits.  And to implement this betrayal further IAS officer N.D.Agarwal is roped in. Is he also in conformity with Bamon Raj agenda? From his actions it looks so.

Bharat Mukti Morcha recommends Goa government to scrap Aadhaar Cards UID scheme

Bharat Mukti Morcha condemns Goa Chief Minister Mahohar Parrikar for making Bio-metric Cards compulsory for availing of all the government schemes and sanctioning of Rs.5 crore for this purpose. Mr.Parrikar has declared in his budget speech in Goa Legislative Assembly on 18^th March 2013 that hence forth the bio-metric ‘Aadhaar Cards’ are going to be compulsory for availing of all the government schemes in Goa. This is recorded in his budget speech at point 14. Further Mr.Parrikar has sanctioned Rs.5 crore for this purpose and it is recorded in his budget speech at point 126 in a different name ‘Unique identity number’.

Bharat Mukti Morcha has repeatedly opposed this conspiracy to make mulnivasis slaves by Bamon Raj over the past two years. This act of Manohar Parrikar is an insult not only to the Indian Parliament that has advised thrashing out of this scheme and refused to pass law but is also insult to human dignity and right to privacy with infinite possibilities of misuse of data.

“The National Identification Authority of India, (NIDAI) Bill 2010”, was placed before Parliament and it was referred to the Parliament Standing Committee on Finance. This committee not only rejected this Bill but also thrashed the UID Scheme now known as ‘Aadhaar Cards’. Committee termed this UID Scheme directionless, lacking clarity of purpose and serious concerns regarding national security. Threat to National security because the contracts for authentication has be given to two foreign western companies and they will have all the data of every one in India. We have an experience of one foreign company East India company and now foreign companies will authenticate whether we are Indians or not. 

Nandan Nilekani, who was appointed chairperson of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) in totally non-transparent manner and was accorded cabinet status. Nilekani is a Konkan Bamon. Caste data under Article 340,341 and 342 is avoided from collection so that Bamons can destroy caste identity of mulnivasi in India. Doing this is in the interest of Bamons who are less than 3% of India’s population and less than 1% of Goa population but are predators that live on clever cheating and looting sometimes cheating law but very often making the laws to justify their loot and plunder often camouflaging as fighting corruption and terrorism.  Why contracts signed with two foreign companies L1 Solutions and Accenture Plc are not made public by Nandan Nilekani? It is because it has something to hide, something to keep non-transparent, something that people of India must not know, true reasons of UID as for the benefit of global investors should not be known. Is it not a fraud played on people of India? It is.

This committee’s report is with the government of India since December 2011. Manohar Parrikar is arbitrarily implementing this UID Scheme with great vigor bypassing the Parliament.

This act of Bamon Manohar Parrikar is completely ant-national and it is a revolt against the decision of the Indian Parliament. He is carrying ahead this scheme of making all the mulnivasis slaves based on the MoU signed by then Bamon Digambar Kamat government with Unique Identification Authority of India on 22^nd April 2010. Digambar Kamat then went on advertizing for this scheme with his photos on big billboards across highways in Goa. Only problem was that he was holding the Aadhaar Card not of himself but of some other man named Shetye. 

Manohar Parrikar in his budget speech of March 2012 at point 23 further promoted this scam giving reason that already substantial amount of money has been invested by previous government and he would like to take full advantage of the this unique identity for tackling corruption.

 Implementation of the UID scheme without a law violates the Constitution. The government and UIDAI have thus made a complete mockery of the “Rule of Law”. In Goa its Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar is chief wrecker of rule of law.

The scant regard that the government and UIDAI have for the “Rule of Law” is seen in the draft NIDAI Bill itself. The Bill legitimizes all acts that UIDAI has done before the law was passed.

The Bamon Raj government and UIDAI headed by another Bamon Nandan Nilekarni think that they could do anything and everything as they please and in the event their acts are questioned they could get away with it by brining a law to give legal sanctity to their acts. This agenda is fitting perfectly with Bamon Raj in Goa. That’s reason it is so speedy in implementing the UID scheme by various tricks of blackmailing, and subtle and overt coercion by linking Aadhaar cards to government schemes in Goa.

Principle of rule of law is that it cannot give retrospective legitimacy to its acts. Yet this course is pursued in order to fulfill Bamani agenda of domination and enslavement of mulnivasi people.

 When the government proposes to gather personal and biometric data of the people it intrudes into  privacy and violates article 21 of the Indian Constitutional. Acts of Manohar Parrikar is against the Constitution of India. 

Even after the Parliament Committee rejected it, Goa government have continued to implement the UID scheme;for somehow they want access to all the private data to the mulnivasi people who are overwhelming majority of Goa with Bamons less than 1% of population. Yet Bamons rule. They are leaders of our political parties in side the Assembly and outside the Assembly, in power and away from power. Bamons are Foreign invaders in india and rule all the mulnivasis by brainwashing and by force. 

There is no control as to who will access the data collected from Aadhaar Cards. In Germany Hitler had also given unique number to each of the persons arrested in holocaust times. After grating of number they were known only by number, name was eliminated. Then they were tortured to death in Nazi concentration camps.  

Bharat Mukti Morcha recommends Goa government to scrap UID Scheme and delete all the collected data on priority basis. With UID only bamon raj is getting stronger and mulnivasis has nothing to gain from this Aadhaar Card scheme which is a multi billion experiment in the country for the benefit of Bamons and their hidden agenda of destroying mulnivasis totally and completely. It is a matter of great insult that Eurasian Bamons like Manohar Parrikar, Nandan Nilekani, Digambar Kamat has to whip mulnivasis into compulsory upper hand of Bamon Raj. In any case bamon raj has to be rendered to dustbin of history, mulnivasi people has no other option before them. Bamon raj is like dust particle which very soon will vanish; for its days are numbered. UID will not succeed in arm twisting and perpetuating the Bamon rule for eternity. It has to end and it will end sooner than later.

Bharat Mukti Morcha condemns linking of Aadhaar Cards to cooking gas cylinder subsisidies

Bharat Mukti Mocha Goa Unit today January 4, 2013 triggered off meeting of customers of HP Gas supply agent in Siolim, Bardez, Goa M/s Veeresh Gas service with company’s customer service cell based in Kundaim Industrial Estate. The company was represented by its office Mr.Arvind Singh. The delegation of customers included Sandhya Gawde, Florence D’Souza, Sarpanch of Siolim-Marna Panchayat Anita Chari, Diego Rodrigues, Lawrence Braganza of Consumer cell, and Sebastian Rodrigues of Bharat Mukti Morcha. Veeresh Gas service was represented by Mr.Dangui jr.

It was disclosed that the subsidized rates for the cylinder is Rs.418/- and non-subsidized rate is Rs.911/-. During the meeting it was revealed that home cylinders cannot be taken from the storeroom the practice that is being followed by the Siolim HP agent. Cooking cylinders are to be booked by the customers prior to the delivery.

Agent is to provide home delivery of the cylinders, the service that was stopped by the agent in unilateral decision. The weekly schedule of the delivery is to be given to the villagers of Siolim, Marna, Oxel, Sodiem, Assagao, Badem, Chapora and Camurlim areas.

Siolim agent was instructed to issue proper computerized receipts instead of current practice of issuing ad hoc hand written receipts.

The problem of underweight of gas cylinders was discussed and the Siolim dealer is instructed carry weighing scale in the delivery van whiled cylinders are delivered in the villages. In case of underweight cylinders customers can take recourse to complaint book at the showroom and register their complaints. The inspection of complaint book revealed that since March 2011 not a single complaint is registered on the complaint book. Lack of organized movement of consumers has led to the inefficient and even often arrogant behavior of the Siolim dealer.

Mr. Singh instructed the dealer to create awareness about gas delivery and other issue amongst the public in Siolim.

New connections which were blocked are directed to the released as per the instructions of the petroleum ministry that were communicated by Mr. Singh at the meeting.

It was also revealed by Mr.Singh that subsidy will be given on the production of Aadhaar card from the month of February onwards. This decision of the Ministry is highly condemnable. Aadhaar cards are violation of every individual’s privacy through figure prints, iris scans, bank account, pan card, and are done only to promote surveillance as ruling bamons in the country and Goa state are scared of ongoing freedom struggle of mulnivasis against Brahmin tyranny who are Eurasians and miniscule minority of 3.5% of India’s population but having share of 79% in governance Beaurocracy, Judiciary, Executive, Press . Democracy has been subverted into brahmanocracy. This is the reason as to subsidies are linked to Aadhaar card. There is no restriction of sharing of the data under Aadhaar Card which is the case for the data gathered under census Act. There is every possibility that this data will shared with the vested interests in various parts of the country and we will be enslaved. All the major political parties Congress, BJP, Communists – CPI, CPI (M), are controlled by Bamons and that’s the reason they are deliberately silent on this dangerous conspiracy against the mulnivasi people. Bharat Mukti Morcha condemns linking of subsidies to the Aadhaar Card. This is nothing short of blackmailing of mulnivasis people of India. If not, then why there are no entitlements on this card? Linking subsidies to Aadhaar Cards is only a matter bait to get crucial private data of the mulnivasis people so that they can be controlled on the computer screen of Silas super computer.

Bharat Mukti Morcha condemns decision of Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar to link UID with government schemes such as Dayanand Social Security Scheme, and also to the Ration Cards in Public Distribution System in the name of ‘plugging leakages and possible corrupt practices and help in effective implementation of the schemes.’

Para 23 of the budget speech states that ‘ as you  are aware the State has been implementing the Unique identification (UID) project in Sate have nearly 08 – lakh population, who will receive AADHAR number soon. Since substantial money has been spent on the project I would like to derive maximum benefits from the unique number in such a manner that beneficiary oriented schemes are linked to UID.’

UID (Unique identification Project) is dangerous to the interests of the mulnivasis in India infringing with their right of privacy as there are no legal safeguards in this regard. In fact Unique identification Authority of India Bill is still pending in the parliament and Parliamentary committee has raised serious questions on this whole project itself.

Bharat Mukti Morcha has already conveyed its objections onthis to the President of India in a written memorandum as well as made its stand clear in a pamphlet.

This decision of Goa’s BJP Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar is very dangerous and he needs to change it. England is very good example that embarked itself on UID project and found it is unviable. Moreover it had to undertake costly exercise of destroying the collected data.

When this lesson is clear before all it is but curious that BJP as well Congress and number of other Political Parties in Goa and India are supporting the UID project even without Indian Parliament passing the law in this regard!

A biometric identity also known as Aadhaar card is similar to existing cards but will also contain biometric information such as photographs, all hand finger prints and images of the iris of the eye which are unique to each person. The data will be centrally stored on high capacity computer “Silas” in Delhi and information of all the cards will be available on the tip of finger. Those who rule will have access to this information on computer buttons and can be shared with surveillance agencies and business houses. Data from Voter’s card, MNERGA Job card, Driving license, PAN card, Passport, Ration card, BPL/APL/Antodya card are integrated on this card.
Advantages told by Indian Government agencies:  (1) Needed to make poor visible. Cards will be used to provide service.                (2) Cards will curb corruption in Public Distribution System (PDS) and National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (NREGS).


Disadvantages expected:  (1) Tracking of individual becomes easy. Privacy is totally violated. Information is open for sharing            (2) It will only guarantee identity; not rights, benefits, and entitlements. This negates the promotional talk of needing for service to the poor under various schemes. (3) Private Citizens information will be easily available to intelligence agencies such as NATGRID, IB, RAW as a result these cards will become the vehicle for the conspiracy for the suppression of traditional liberties of democratic self government. England, USA, Australia tried to enforce biometric cards but public protests forced governments to cancel it.                (4) National Identification Authority of India Bill 2010 is still not passed in the Indian Parliament and in spite Biometric enrolment for National Population Register (NPR) is being carried out under Citizenship Act 1955 and the Citizenship (Registration of Citizens and Issue of National Identity Cards) Rules 2003. There is no privacy of information under this law as against the Census Act that declares in section 15 “not open to inspection nor admissible in evidence.” (5) Citizenship Rules 2003 classify every individual and every “head of the family” as an informant, who will be penalized if every person in the household is not in the NPR or if the information is outdated. (6) Number becomes source of identity; caste is not enumerated. This gives ruling Brahmins weapons to rule and exploit mulnivasis and their resources. (7) UID transforms citizen into resident. Person who enumerates decides on residency of a particular person. If recorded as not resident then person becomes Stateless.


In February 2009, the Unique Identification (UID) Number project was set up within planning commission of India. In July 2009 Nandan Nilekani was appointed as the chairperson of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) and sanctioned Rs 7 crores. In 2010 it was increased to 100 crores and in 2011 further hiked to 1,900 crores. Around 60 crores people in India are to be given UID. UIDAI does not make UID compulsory for citizens but goes about signing MoUs with different organizations like Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) to be “registrars” who may insist that their customers enroll on UID to receive continued service. Goa Government was first State in India to sign this MoU on 22nd April 2010 in the presence of Chief Minister Digambar Kamat. Kamat declared on July 15, 2011 that entire Goa will be covered under UID within four months; by mid-November 2011. 14 lakh people will be given UID number in 4 months.

Nandan Nilekani is employed here as Kalam Kasai (slaughterer with pen) – an expression Jyotiba Phule used for Brahmins.  According to Waman Meshram, “Now the question comes as to why our people must be subjected to surveillance. It is because those who rule us are not mulnivasis. Because of this ruling brahmanical caste is insecure as to what the mulnivasis are doing and planning against Brahmins. Because of this they want to collate all the private information to put our people under surveillance. Just  like fish is caught through bait, UID cards is a bait of the ruling brahmanical caste to get access to the private information of the mulnivasi through computers stationed at a particular place without moving anywhere.
