CoP presentation on draft MoU on River Nationalization in Goa

Goa's Captain of Ports has called for the presentation on draft MoU on river nationalization at Menezes Braganza Hall, Panjim on Monday December 11, 2017 at 10.00 am. We share this letter here for your reference. Captain of Ports represents Goa Government to sign MoU with Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) and Mormugao Port Trust (MPT). This must be opposed and exclusion of Goa's rivers as National Waterways must be pushed for at all cost.

In spite of this presentation initiative the questions remains unanswered: Why did Government of India did not consult People of Goa before inclusion of Goa six rivers as National Waterway in 2016? Bharat Mukti Morcha (BMM) has put together essential documents on this. Click here for download links. Lets all study them and speak up for silence at this hour would be an act of treason.
