Anti-Constitutional actions and decisions of Rajiv Gandhi during his tenure as the Prime Minister from 1984 to 1989

By Waman Meshram, National President, Bharat Mukti Morcha

1)    With the objective of prosperity and maturity of democracy in India Vishwaratna, Mahamanav, Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar had adopted adult franchise and right to vote was granted to all the adults above the age of 21 years.
Rajiv Gandhi instead, on the power of 2/3 majority brought about amendment in the Article 368 of the Indian Constitution and reduced voting age from 21 to 18 thereby making democracy a joke.
2)    Did not implement Mandal commission. He followed the footsteps of his mother. He did not even think of 52% OBC-Maratha-Kunbis.
3)    He established contacts with LTTE chief Prabhakaran. Rajiv Gandhi wanted to create strong leadership like his mother. His mother had split Pakistan into two pieces meaning East Pakistan and West Pakistan means Bangladesh. Ones influence increases if the neighboring nations are weak. That’s why Indira spit Pakistan into two. Rajiv Gandhi also desired to split single Sri Lanka into two. For this reason he established contacts with Prabhakaran. Not only this for this purpose he sent Shanti Sena India to Sri Lanka, and granted permission in training of Prabhakaran’s people in preparation and use of RDX in a laboratory in Madras.
4)    In addition engaged in massive scandal in purchase of Boffors guns.
5)    In order to increase his popularity he ordered every administrative and semi administrative office to hang his photo on walls.

Why did Indira Gandhi organized ‘Operation Blue Star'?

By Waman Meshram, National President, Bharat Mukti Morcha

Indira Gandhi wanted to contest and win 1984 elections and OBC awakening was increasing. At that time Indira Gandhi decided to create religious polarization and for that purpose organised “operation blue star” on 25th June 1984. At a time when “operation blue star” was organised commander-in-chief was Kumar Sinha. He was Bhumihar from Bihar meaning he was Shudra. Indira Gandhi sacked him and inducted Pune’s Arunkumar Vaidhya as commander-in-chief. This Arunkumar Vaidhya was junior to Kumar Sinha. He was not even deputy. Objective was that Indira Gandhi’s conspiracy must not be known. Indira Gandhi did not trust Kumar Sinha as he was Shudra. But she trusted Arun Kumar Vaidhya as he was a brahmin and specially Pune Brahmin. That’s why Dr.Ambedkar used to refer to Pune Brahmins as ‘Poona Brahmins’. Indira Gandhi appointed this Poona Brahmin as a commander-in-chief of the army and ordered him to attack sacred place of Sikhs Golden temple in Amritsar. In obedience of Indira Gandhi’s orders Arun Kumar Vaidhya sent General Sundarji with army to Punjab and ordered to attack Golden temple. This is called Operation blue star. As General Sunderji send in troops into the holy place of Sikhs meaning the Golden Temple shock wave spread amongst Sikhs. Military had 17% Sikhs. Because of Indira Gandhi’s this action military developed cracks within its ranks. This happened for the first in India’s history. The anger of this anger amongst Sikhs is still alive till date. The entire objective of Indira Gandhi was only to stop social awakening amongst OBC. In addition to divert attention from mandal commisiion to Golden temple. This was a diplomatic move t. This is called Diversion of attention.

The effect of this was that religious sentiments of Sikhs was hurt and entire Sikh community was shocked. This resulted in a serious consequence when on 31st October 1984 her body guards fired bullets at her and killed her. Those who shot at Indira Gandhi are:
(1)   Santwant Singh, Ramdasi Sikh, convert from Chambhar.
(2)  Beant Singh, Majhabi Sikh, convert from Mehatar.

Later on Arun Kumar Vaidhya too was shot at and assasinated in Pune. The root cause of this entire episode was Mandal commission meaning reservation for OBC. The conspiracies behind this:

(1)   To stop social awakening amongst OBC
(2)   To divert attention of OBC from Mandal commission to Golden temple.

On 31st December 1984 after Indira Gandhi was assassinated Rajiv Gandhi took over as the Prime Minister of India. Pilot to Prime Minister. Let’s see how Rajiv Gandhi became Prime Minister. That congress strike an agreement with RSS through Bhanvarilal Purohit as a mediator and RSS openly campaigned for Rajiv Gandhi meaning Congress. Rajiv Gandhi was a Pilot. He has zero contribution to the Indian Politics. In spite of this Rajiv Gandhi brought 413 M.P elected to the Parliament. He got absolute and clear majority and took over as prime minister. Rajiv Gandhi’s grandfather Nehru was very popular and he could manage to get only 360 M.P. elected to Parliament but Rajiv Gandhi brought 360 M.Ps elected. What was this miracle?
(1)  The fellows who killed Indira Gandhi were Sikhs. That’s via entire county witnessed anti-Sikhs sentiments. Sikh V/s Hindu was a polarization of that time. From this those accepting themselves as SC,ST and OBC instead of social awakening religious awakening took place. That’s why it was possible for Rajiv Gandhi to get 413 M.Ps elected to the Parliament. In 1984 BJP had only two M.Ps elected to Parliament (a) In Gujarat on the recommendation of Chimanbhai Patel congress did not grant one ticket to its candidate, Chimanbhai Patel covertly campaigned for BJP, and got BJP candidate elected. (b)  With the help of N.T.Ramarao one BJP candidate was elected from Andhra Pradesh.
(2)   OBC gave more importance to dharma than Mandal commission. That’s why Rajiv Gandhi got elected. Mandal commission was to grant rights to OBC and dharma transformed OBCs into Shudras and deprived them of their rights. Even then OBC instead of giving importance to struggle for their rights, struggle for their freedom, struggle against their slavery voted for Rajiv Gandhi and made him possible to get 413 M.Ps elected.
(3)   Indira Gandhi was assassinated on 31st October 1984. That’s why entire country witnessed a sympathy wave and India’s mulnivasi people always go on the wave. They don’t get off the wave. They don’t come on ground. Sometimes wave of secularism, sometimes garibi hatao wave, sometimes sympathy wave, sometimes temple wave etc. Our country is full of waves and after Indira Gandhi was assassinated country was swept off by very big wave. Which wave? Sympathy wave. Mulnivasi people especially in the slums started saying “mother died, child is orphaned. Very bad thing happened.  Poor fellow’s mother died. Poor fellow has become orphan. Then only he must be voted for.”  In this was Rajiv Gandhi was given 413 M.Ps in election and Rajiv Gandhi occupied the position of Prime Minister for five years from 1984 to 1989. OBC people forgot about Mandal commission, the benefits that that they were to derive from it, and only harped on the fact that Rajiv Gandhi is orphaned due to the death of his mother and they donated their votes to him. He was only pilot. He became Prime Minister.

Anti-reservation struggle of 1982

By Waman Meshram, National President, Bharat Mukti Morcha

In order to halt social awakening amongst OBC brothers anti-reservation agitation was started in 1982. This anti-reservation agitation was started jointly by RSS and Congress with clear understanding. This had been presented in Dhave Committee report. Dhave was a retired judge. Another interesting fact is that this agitation was started by putting tilak on Gandhi statue in Gujarat. What is special about this agitation is that it was against Mandal commission means against  OBC reservations. Why this agitation against Mandal commission means OBC reservation was started with placing tilak on Gandhi’s statue in Gujarat? The reason for this is that Gandhi was national level opponent of OBC reservation. They know history. Problem is only of our mulnivasi people because we do not know our real history as it unfolded. This anti-reservation agitation had one objective. Which objective? To stop social awakening amongs OBC. Only BAMCEF was/is carrying on the task of creating awakening amongst OBC.

Eurasian Brahmins attempt to stop awareness amongst OBC

By Waman Meshram, National Prsesident, Bharat Mukti Morcha

(1)  Mandal Commission is a bandal (false) commission
(2)  SC people in order to increase their reservation are taking your (OBC) support etc even then those OBC with concern for society were becoming aware and were creating voice in the Parliament to implement Mandal Commission. That’s why there was a big problem in front of Indira Gandhi. Which problem? Which difficulty? How to stop awareness amongst OBC?

For this purpose Indira Gandhi got into secret pact with RSS then chief Balasaheb Devras through Nirmala Deshpande and Vasant Sathe and organised Hindu Ekta Yatra through Vishwa Hindu Parishad. Indira Gandhi personally welcomed this Hindu Ekta Yatra on the border of Delhi in her capacity as Prime Minister of India. Why Indira Gandhi wanted to stop awakening amongst OBC?

On 24th and 25th April 1948 Scheduled Caste Federation (SCF) national conference took place in Lukhnow, Uttar Pradesh. This conference was to go on for two days. On the previous day that is on 23rd April 1948 an OBC delegation went to meet Dr. Ambedkar and said “Babasaheb, you are a successful leader of the SC, now take over our leadership too.” To this Dr. Ambekar replied “I am a disciple of Phule, I will not allow injustice on his people. You go without worries.” Next day conference took place solely of SC people. There was not a single individual from OBC. At the inaugural session of the conference Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Govind Vallabh Pant was a chief guest. In this conference Dr.Ambdekar said in the inaugural speech “Oh you SC people, if you want the solutions to your social, economic and political problems then you have to develop understanding with OBC people. But for this you must not place any conditions before OBC people, conditions such as inter-caste dining, inter-caste marriage. How about if it happens this way? If SC, ST, OBC people unite then this Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh – Govind Vallabh Pant – will open and tie the laces of your shoes and will experience pride in it.” That time then Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister was present on the dais. He was very fair but suddenly turned pale dark. He complained in writing to the Prime Minister that Dr.Ambedkar has publicly insulted Chief Minister. Nehru served a notice on Dr.Ambedkar saying that “when you are a central minister it is not appropriate to insult chief minister and that’s why must issue written clarification.” Dr.Ambedkar while answering to the Notice of Nehru told “For people to understand it becomes imperative to speak, so I spoke. That way I had no intention of hurting the sentiments of Govind Vallabh Pant.”

In those days when Indira Gandhi used to be small and used to go for every public meeting of Nehru. At this meeting Nehru was not there that’s why Indira too was not there. But above episode she had heard from her father. From that time she had made strong resolve in her mind. Which resolve? If SC, ST, and OBC people come together and unite, meaning if 85% people who are victims and slaves of brahmanical system unite then Eurasian Brahmins will have to wipe their boots. In future this may never happen that’s why Indira Gandhi decided to stop cross polarization amongst SC, ST and OBC. For this she decided to stop social awakening of OBC. That’s why today we are forced to wipe shoes of Brahmins. That’s why Babasaheb says “Those who forget their history cannot create their history.” Further Babasaheb says “If you do not learn lesson from history then history teaches you a lesson.” This is because history is truly secular. Congressmen are but only pretenders of secularism. Actually congressmen are truly sanathanis (those subscribing to the ideals of Brahmanism).

That’s why in order to stop social awareness amongst OBC took help from RSS and organized Hindu Ekta Yatra and gave reason that Hindu Dharma must not develop cracks. At a time when SC, ST and OBC reservation time comes that time brahmanical people bring “Hindu Dharma is splitting” as a reason to the forefront. When Babasaheb Ambedkar demanded separate electorate that time too Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi brought this reason “Hindu Dharma is splitting” to the forefront. If muslims are to be cut, when muslim houses to be burned, when riots are to be organized, when Babri Masjid needs to be brought down, then Brahmins calls SC, ST, and OBC Hindu and when time for reservation comes then they refer us by caste. They declare us unfit. We are fit for organizing riots but unfit for reservation. This is the role they play.

The episode of Article 340

By Waman Meshram, National President, Bharat Mukti Morcha

(1)  As per article 341 SC were granted 15% of representation
(2)  As per article 342 ST were granted 7.5% of representation
(3)  As per article 340 it was attempted to grant 52% representation to OBCs. That time congress raised questions through Sardar Patel who himself was an OBC: Who are OBCs? From where they came?
This is because at that time:-

SC were identified (It was certain as to who are SC)
ST were identified (It was certain as to who are ST)
But OBC were not identified as to who were they.

The task of the Drafting committee was to write articles of the Constitution and to put forth opinions on them through debates and discussions while Constitution Committee was entrusted with the task to debate and discuss the written articles and to approve them. The Chairman of the drafting committee was Dr.Ambdkar while the Chairman of the Constitution committee was Dr.Rajendra Prasad. Most importantly after writing any of the articles he had to show it first to three people (1) Pandit Nehru, (2) Dr.Rajendra Prasad and (3) Sardar Patel. Once these three used to approve then no one else would dare to challenge.  That time Constituent Assembly had 308 members and out of them 212 were members of Congress. This means congress had absolute majority. That’s why after the approval of the above three no one else would dissent. Even that time there was population of conformists to ‘yes sir’ mentality.

One thing that needs to be kept in mind is that Article 340 is prior to Article 341 and 342 meaning it is before SC and ST. This is because before SC and ST Babasaheb arranged system for OBC. This means prior to himself Dr.Ambedkar gave priority to the people of Kulvadi Bhahujan Pratipalak Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, people of Rajashree Shahu Maharaj, people of Rashrapita Jyotirao Phule, people of Rajmata Ahilya Holkar, people of national saint Gadge baba, people of Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil, people of Karmaveer Mamasaheb Jagdale, people of revolutionary Nana Patil. Only after that he made arrangement for SC and ST people but this is not known to the SC, ST and OBC because they have seen the Constitution of India. Reading of the Constitution is different from understanding of the Constitution. Manusmriti is an evidence of rights of Eurassian Brahmins and evidence of slavery of non Brahmins while Constitution of india is the manifesto of rights of non-Brahmins. “Constitution of India is the manifesto of joining together all the non-brahmin communities for creation of new united society.

What exactly is Article 340? At a time Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar made the provision of Article 340 and showed it to Sardar Patel that time Sardar patel said “Who  is this OBC? We recognize SC and ST itself backward. From where did you bring these OBC?” Actually meaning of OBC is Shudras. Even today Shudras are not aware that they are Shudras, this is a real problem of Shudras. Sardar Patel was a Barrister. Dr.Ambedkar was also Barrister. Dr. Ambedkar understood that the opposition of Sardar Patel is not just his personal opposition but it is the opposition of Congress and Gandhi, Nehru and Dr.Rajendra Prasad. In this mouth is of Sardar Patel but brain belongs to Nehru-Gandhi. Babasahed understood this quickly. Eurassian Brahmins always use people from Mulnivasi samaj as an axe to hit in their agenda.

It came to the mind of Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar that the issue raised by Sardar Patel is part of legal diplomacy as both of them were Barristers. This moment Ambedkar said to Patel ‘It’s all right Mr.Patel. I will put your concern in the Constitution. Article 340 is nothing other than the sentence from the Sardar Patel’s mouth. What is this sentence? Article 340 reads “Appointment of a Commission to investigate the conditions of backward classes.” This is called a stroke of a genius and Congress till today do not know how to respond to it. Dr. Ambedkar knew that Gandhi-Nehru-Patel-Prasad and their Congress does not want to give representation to us. To oppose representation for OBC they will use OBC and things unfolded exactly this way.

According to Article 340 Hon. President Dr.Rajendra Prasad did not appoint commission to identify OBC. That’s why on 27th September 1951 Dr. Ambedkar kicked his post of Law Minister that too Central Law Minister’s post!

The first and the last person in India who kicked the post of law minister is Vishwaratna, Mahamanav, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. Today there is no shortage of the people who say ‘Kick us but make us ministers.’ And even then no one makes them ministers. Pandit Nehru did not allow Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar to read his resignation letter in the Parliament. At last on 10th October 1951 Dr.Ambedkar read his resignation letter to the press outside the Parliament house. If Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar had to read his resignation letter inside the Parliament then future OBC would have known that Dr.Ambedkar kicked the post of minister in support of the OBC. In order to make sure that this does not happen meaning to avoid OBC from accepting the leadership of Dr.Ambdekar this political game was played. Dr. Ambedkar tendered his resignation for four main reasons:

(1)  Nehru did not allocate him the post of vice president in Planning department.
(2)  Non-appointment of commission for OBC as per Article 340.
(3)  Nehru’s defective foreign policy.
(4)  Hindu Code Bill

Eurasian Brahmins propagated lots that Dr.Ambedkar resigned because of Hindu Code bill. But those who believed in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar did not propagate that Dr. Ambedkar resigned due to OBC. Even the serial numbers of the reasons for his are as above. Yet Brahmins indulged in false propaganda that the reason for Dr.Ambedkar’s resignation was only Hindu Code bill. In short Dr. Ambedkar resigned as Law Minister because of Eurasian Brahmin conspiracy to deprive his elder brother of his rights. Is there any single M.P today who because of reservation of Maratha-OBC has resigned from the post of Minister? At least given such threat? Today in April 2009 is there any single Party in whose manifesto the issue of reservation of Maratha-Kunbi-OBC figures?

After this in1952 Scheduled Caste Federation (SCF) manifesto demanded appointment of commission as per Article 340 of the Constitution. With this Pandit Nehru was force on defensive and on 29th January 1953 Commission was appointed under the chairmanship of Dattatray Balkrishna alias Kakasheb Kalelkar. Dattatray Balkrishna alias Kakasheb Kalelkar hailed from Kalini in Sindadurg district, means he was Konkanastha brahmin means KOBRA. Besides he was Gandhian. Already a konkanastha brahmin and over that Gandhian, menas doubly dangerous badmash. Gandhians are always double badmash. He would not even eat food cooked from the OBC hands. Nehru appointed this super orthodox brahmin as a Chairman of the OBC commission. Nehru appointed Kalelkar as Chairman to deprive OBC of reservation.

On 30th March 1955 Kalelkar submitted his report to the honorable President of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad. He identified 2399 OBC jatis as Backward and recommended that like SC and ST they should be granted reservation (representation). In that he used the word ‘kunbi’ for the Marathas. As soon as the report was submitted to the President, the president read it and current passed from his foot to his brain and exploded in anger and said “Did we fight the freedom struggle to distribute sweets?” This means that granting of rights to 52% of Marathas-kunbis-OBC, President of india felt it like distribution of sweets. Not only this, that night he phoned Prime Minister Pandit Nehru and told him on phone “Nehru, it is your death warrant”. It means ringing of death bell. This means granting Marathas-Kunbis-OBC their rights President of India considered as ringing of the death bell for Eurassian Brahmins.

What is the task of President of India? His task is to guard and defend the country. President is the biggest watchman in the country. Primary duty of the president is to monitor that the nation is administered as per the Constitution of India. Actually the commission was appointed as per the Article 340 of the Indian Constitution. There was no reason to oppose it. Even then President Dr.Rajendra Prasad opposed it. After receiving the information Nehru entered the Parliament at 12.00 am mid night. He called Kalelkar over there. Inside Parliament in Ashoka hall Nehru fired Kalelkar and while firing said, “Brahmins will have to push towards begging?” This means Brahmins understands that granting o reservations to Maratha-Kunbi-OBC is like pushing them for begging. This is what Nehru says while lots of great intellectuals from Marathas-Kunbis considers reservations as beggary and crutches. This is a difference in thinking between Eurassian Brahmins and Mulnivasi Bhahujan intellectual class. To grant reservation to 52% Marathas-Kunbis-OBC brothers Eurassian Brahmins considers distribution of sweets, Ringing of death bell, pushing Brahmins towards begging, and mulnivasi bhahujan samaj intellectuals understand reservations as alms or crutches. Great mulnivasi intellectuals! You’ll are great!!

After unfolding of this entire Ramayana Kakasaheb Kalelkar realized his mistake and the very next day means on 31 March 1955 he wrote 31 page letter to the President of India and suggested that Commission may not be implemented. The decision was changed within a single night. The names of those who changed this decision are (1) Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and (2) Dr. Rajendra Prasad. The one to whom we refer with titles such as the Architect of modern India, great secularist, great socialist, Children’s Chacha this great Socialist Pandit Nehru did not even held simple discussion on rights of 52% Marathas-Kunbis-OBC. Leave alone implementation of the Commission that report he did not even table in the Parliament. Not only this, he shamelessly retorted in Parliament and said that since Chairman of the commission himself disagrees with Commission there is no need to table it in the Parliament and hold any discussions on it. This means about 52% not one, two, three but 52% Maratha-Kunbi-OBC’s rights Nehru did not even discuss and that commission means 52% Maratha-Kunbi-OBC’s declaration of rights, Nehru relegated it to the dustbin. We mulnivasi people, OBC people take pride and salute this Nehru as great socialist, great secularist, architect of modern India, Children’s Chacha. Why do we do this? Because we do not know anything about this, and if anyone tells us then we do not listen, and if by mistake we listen to someone then we not believe it as truth, and if we believe it as truth then we do provide our time, talents and treasure for the struggle to create awareness amongst others. We do not work towards this. how then we will get our rights? How is our welfare possible? That why it is time for honest people with real concern for society from Maratha-Kunbi-OBC must think of this very seriously.

And the second one is Dr. Rajendra Prasad. After taking the oath as the President of India the very next day traveled to Kashi. Over there he washed feet of 200 brahmins in 200% polluted water of Ganga and from there drank two spoons full water as thirth. This is what Dr.Rajendra Prasad is. Mulnivasi people would have no objection if he had to drink urine of all the Eurasian Brahmins in India but as a President of India, as a first citizen of India he gave more importance to Eurasian Brahmins than to the nation and the Constitution. This is a violation of the Constitution.  Even though everyone is equal before Constitution he gave more respect to Brahmins and others. This is a betrayal of the Constitution. We are looking at the story of right of Maratha-Kunbi-OBC.

Then on 1st May 1960 Yashwantrao Chavan took over as the Chief Minister of Maharastra. He did not accept kulvadi bhusan, bhahujan pratipalak Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Rastrapita Jyotibha Phule, Rajashree Chatrapati Shahu Maharaj, Vishwaratna Mahamanav Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar as gurus or as ideal but accepted Tarktirth Laxman Shastri Joshi a Vayee brahmin as Guru. The same heritage was carried forward by Vasant Rao, Sharad Rao, Shankar Rao. This means Vasantdada Patil accepted Sangli Brahmin Patwardhan as his Guru. Sharad Pawar accepted Pune brahmin S.M. Joshi as his Guru. Shankar Rao and Vilas Rao accepted Satya Sai Baba as their Guru. R.R.Amba accepted baba Amte as Guru. All these Maratha politician accepted those Eurasian Brahmins as Gurus who have destroyed our movement of satya shodak (search for truth). They stopped search for truth satya and began search of political power satta. Earlier Eurasian Brahmins used to engaged either as Padri Bhat or as sthuthi pathak but Yashwant Rao Chavan inverted this tradition. That’s why Yashwant Rao Chavan did not take interest in the reservation of Maratha-Kunbi-OBC. During this time and there after Congress paved way for dynastic maratha families into the Party. These are 168 families. Maharastra’s politics was handed over to them. This was Brahmins used Marathas-Kunbis. There is one principle of making use. What is the principle?  One who allows himself to be used never prospers. There was never a Kalyan of Kalyansing, how you’ll are going to get it?

In 1975 Indira Gandhi declared emergency in India and as a reaction to it Janata Party rose to Power in 1977. Before coming to power they had declared in their manifesto that they will implement Kalelkar commission to OBC. That’s why OBC voted them and got Janata Party into power and Moraji Bhai Desai took over as Prime Minister. That time all the opponents of Indira Gandhi had united and had formed Janata Party. Moraji Desai, a Brahmin, again Gandhian, besides from Gujarat, means was double dangerous badmash. One OBC delegation called on Prime minister Moraji Desai and requested him to implement Kalelkar Commision to OBC. Moraji Desai was Gujarati Brahmin besides Gandhian means “two mouthed snake that bites from anywhere the opportunity comes.” This Moraji Desai told delegation “Now this Kalelkar Commission has become outdated, now let us appoint a new commission!” This was an attempt to wipe the watering mounts of 52% OBC. It was a way of betraying them. This was a way to while away time. Moraji Desai knew that his government will not last for more than 17 or 18 months and it unfolded that way. Moraji Desai’s government collapsed after 18 months. Morajibhai Desai knew that his government will not last till the report of new commission is ready. That’s why to avoid confronting the issue he appointed a new commission on 1st January 1979 with Bideshwari Prasad Mandal as its Chairman. Bideshwari Prasad Mandal was a former M.P and former Chief Minister of Bihar. Most important he was an OBC. He travelled all over India and he identified the 3743 jatis of OBC. He found out 3743 jatis during the reign of Moraji Desai. If Kalelkar commission was enforced during Nehru’s reign than number of jatis would have increased so much. During the reign of Moraji Desai the number of OBC jatis increased. The main reason for this is socialist policies of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

Bideshwari Prasad Mandal submitted his report to then President of India Nilam Sanjeev Reddy on 31st December 1980 and recommended that like SC and ST OBC too must be given representation. But by that time Moraji Desai’s government had collapsed and Indira Gandhi had come back in power.

This time there was some revolutionary changes in society. During Nehru’s time there were no OBC representatives in the Parliament. But during Indira Gandhi’s time there was 8.5% OBC representatives (M.P). Outside Parliament there was an organization named BAMCEF that was campaigning amongst OBC brothers about the Mandal Commission. But Eurasian Brahmins were trying to stop awareness amongst OBCs in many ways.
