Let’s march to destroy blackmailing through Aadhaar card

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is going against Parliament. The law (National Identification Authority Bill) for Aadhaar card is not passed in the Parliament and he being the Prime Minister of India is dictating terms against the Parliament of India. Aadhaar card is totally and completely illegal and people are made slaves in doing the Aadhaar Card. As a Prime Minister he has to work for the good of the people. Parliamentary standing committee on finance in fact has recommended the scrapping of the Aadhaar card project citing the reason of absence of direction and clarity of the project, waste of public resources and grave threat to national security.

Cylinders should be sold at the rate of Rs. 435/- as it was sold before and the public at large should not be troubled by the Prime Minister the way he is doing so. Aadhaar cards must be scrapped completely and totally giving due respect to the Parliament of India.

As a member of the house who earns about a Rs.4,000/- per month wherein he has to support his wife and children plus pay the electricity bill, telephone bill, water bill; how much money will he have left with him after all these payments? Plus he has to pay Rs.950/- for the gas cylinder. This is only going to chock up his throat and give him sleepless nights endlessly. It is disgusting and highly miserable act of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh even to think on such a misery by going against the Parliament of India. Such people are showing their true selves that they are really pursuing the agenda of the Eurasians Bamons who don’t care about the mulnivasis. 

Goa Chief Minister Bamon Manohar Parrikar made Rs.10/- less on Petrol after coming to Power as per promise in his manifesto in 2012. Immediately after that his government completely stopped Kerosene available at the fair price shop through the ration card and mulnivasis at large are suffering today as Kerosene is stopped by Parrikar.

The house maids, the sweepers, the peons, private sector working people are suffering tremendously on account of the Chief Minister bamon Parrikar and the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. With all this suffering in mind they also have to cater to their children’s education and future. This is only strangling and suffocating what this Bamon Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar is doing to Goa.  Only MLA’s and Ministers and Chief Minister and Prime Minister can afford to in this high cost life style. Others will have to struggle. The MLAs are paid Rs. One lakh five thousand monthly, MPs, Ministers, Prime Minister are getting even more.

Goa CM Bamon Manohar Parrikar ignored to count his teeth and mind his tongue to call Goa Catholics Slaves

Bharat Mukti Morcha strongly condemns Goa Chief minister Manohar Parrikar for branding Catholics in Goa as slaves in their thinking and practices. According to reports in Herald dated September 6, 2013 Bamon Parrikar in an interview published in a blog of New York Times has compared the Goa Catholics to Catholics in Brazil and pointed out that Goa Catholics are slaves in their thinking and practices while Brazilian Catholics are not. Eurasian Bamon Parrikar used the Persian word ‘Hindu’ to describe Catholics in Goa that means slaves in English. It is worth pondering whether this is the reward he had reserved for Catholics for voting his BJP to power during last assembly elections. 

It is a time that this Bamon is shown the power of the Mulnivasi Catholics of Goa. Bharat Mukti Morcha considers his comments highly callous, irresponsible and insulting. The word ‘Hindu’ was first used by Mughals to refer to their subject in India from whom they sort to collect the tributes. Brahmins were the first ones to object in writing the use of the word ‘Hindu’ for them and revealed to the Mughals that they too are foreign invaders in India like the Mughal and they are not slaves (Hindus in Persian) and they refused to pay tributes. Mughals granted 45% share in governance to Brahmins and together they ruled India for 750 years. Brahmins never told Mughals to quit India all this while. 

Then when British opened the missionary education in India and let mulnivasis access to education against the rule of Manusmriti Jyotirao Phooley came to know that the real enemies of mulnivasi people were the Brahmins. He launched movement to educate mulnivasi people in 1848 after he was thrown out of the marriage party of his Brahmin friend, and formed Satya Shodak Samaj in 1872 in Bombay to fight a battle Shudra, Ati-Shudra Vs Shetji-Bhatji. To counter this Brahmins set up their own organization called Arya Samaj headed by Gujarati Brahmin who adopted name Dayanand Saraswati. Brahmins did not name their organization as ‘Hindu Samaj’ as they never believed themselves as a Hindus.

Because of coming of Democracy with its ideal of rule of the majority through ballot in early 20^th Century put Brahmins in deep problem. Agitations were on in England to demand right to vote. And these agitations would have definitely have effect in India. They began to wonder as to how minority Brahmins would win the elections if they contest elections as Brahmins who constitute just 3.5% of Population of India. After prolonged think tanks ‘Hindu Mahasabha’ was formed as political front of Brahmins in 1922. This was second major front of Brahmins at that time after the formation of Congress party in 1885 for the purpose of negotiating for share power with British. The negotiations lasted for 45 years and failed.

The use of the word ‘Hindu’ that was rejected by Brahmins themselves during Mughal rule was adopted during British rule as a political compulsion of fooling mulnivasi people and transforming minority Brahmins into majority as Brahmins gained access to the leadership positions of any organization with name ‘Hindu’ attached to it.

The political compulsion of this Eurasian Bamon Manohar Parrikar , Chief Minster of Goa are interesting. In normal situations when there is absence of awareness as to how Bamons have launched mission of loot and plunder even within the church there was no need to comment in such a way. Catholics theoretically are out of Brahmanism yet through the backdoor Bamons are carrying the mission of loot and plunder. The mission is headed by Goa Archbishop Bamon Felipe Neri Ferrao himself as evident in scandalous sale of Vanxim Island. And due to the tremendous awareness created by Bharat Mukti Morcha the battle lines between mulnivasis and Bamons are becoming sharper every passing day within the catholic community. Bamon Parrikar statement is meant to foist Bamon leadership, minority leadership over mulnivasi majority in Goa and India via well known Bamani policy of divide and rule.

There is no more humiliating reference to mulnivasis Goa Catholics than to call them slaves. 

Another possible reason that gave such a high degree of confidence to Chief Minister to brand Goa Catholics as slaves is perhaps due to co-operation in enrolling for Aadhaar Card that is an instrument of hi-tech slavery of 21st Century. Large number of Catholics has got themselves trapped and enslaved for this UID bio-metric card. Chief Minister is perhaps is now over-confident that Bamon Raj is invincible as his system has all the private data of Catholics under his nose and he can play God with their destiny. 

While we condemn Bamon Manohar Parrkar for broadcasting to the World from New York Times’ blog that Catholics of Goa are slaves we also call upon all the Mulnivasi Catholics of Goa to raise in revolt against Bamon Raj. The struggle for freedom is ongoing all over India. Goa’s Catholics cannot remain far behind. And now that it has been broadcasted the world over that they are slaves, it is our duty to lead the rebellion against bamon raj in Goa at large leading towards liberation of mulnivasis.

Let us march together to destroy the Aadhaar card!

Hindustan Petroleum Company is confronted on the issue of making Aadhaar card compulsory for the disbursement of subsidies to its customers. In a sms communication initiated by Cliffton de Souza of Velim, Salcete, Goa on 31^st August 2013, Hindustan Petroleum’s officer based in Kundaim, Ponda Mr.Arvind Singh has requested to ignore the reports appearing in Herald dated 24^th August 2013 that quoted Indian Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajiv Sukla’s statement on the floor of the Rajya Sabha that there is no need of Aadhaar card to avail subsidy for LPG cylinders, and in case any Nationalized companies are doing so then they will be corrected. This point to be noted by all concerned mulnivasis. Its trap laid down for the mulnivasis by the Bamons. Be aware of Bamons. Don’s be fools. Hindustan petroleum instead of getting corrected has opted to forcefully ignore the decision of the Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajiv Shukla.

This is indeed very serious matter. It involves issues of disobedience to the Parliament under which the Petroleum companies were created as legal entities few decades ago. Now the Hindustan Petroleum is in open revolt against the Indian Parliament. This is a direct revolt against the Indian democracy. This revolt signifies the collusion of Hindustan Petroleum Company with the agents of Bamon Raj and Manusmriti dedicated to destruction of Parliamentary democracy in India. If the decision of the Minister taken in Rajya Sabha is flouted by the company in this manner then this company is tearing apart the democracy. 

This is indeed very serious betrayal of the Indian Constitution that never placed any company above Indian Parliament. Ignoring the Minister’s decision and going about implementing Aadhaar cards even without Parliament passing of law for this purpose is serious transgression on the Indian democracy. Bharat Mukti Morcha does not tolerate such transgressions and condemns the Hindustan Petroleum Company totally for its revolt against Indian Parliament.

It is indeed very absurd decision on the part of Hindustan Petroleum Company to ignore Parliament. Is this what democracy means? Democracy means for the people, by the people and of the people.  This behavior of Hindustan Petroleum Company is totally against Mulnivasi people of India. Do register your protest against the decision of the Hindustan Petroleum Company to ignore the decision of the Indian Parliament. Do register your protest at various outlets of the company all over Goa and also register your written protests on the complaint book available with the various agencies of the Company. Remember Aadhaar cards in India are being enforced without any law. Hence they are illegal and anti-constitutional. Resist them. 

This National Identification Authority Bill with regard to Aadhaar card is not passed by the Indian Parliament. Only Bamon Digambar Kamat, earlier Chief minister of Goa was the first CM to sign MoU with another Bamon Nandan Nilekani, Chairperson, Unique Identification Authority of India. Present Chief minister bamon Manohar Parrikar said “since substantial money has been spent on the project I would like to derive maximum benefits from the unique number in such a manner that beneficiary oriented schemes are linked to UID. This would facilitate in plugging leakages and possible corrupt practices and help in effective implementation of the schemes. To begin with a few of the schemes like Dayanand Social Security Scheme, Ration cards in Public Distribution System etc will be linked to UID.”

Knowing fully that Parliament has not passed the law Goa CM Manohar Parrikar is deliberately and compulsorily forcing people into Aadhaar card trap. It is completely wrong to do so, we as individuals has freedom of privacy covered under Right to Life Article 21 of the Indian Constitution written by Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar. Aadhaar card is infringement on our fundamental right to life.

Local daily Herald dated 1^st September 2013 published advertisement from Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs with a heading “Kind attention: Ration Card holders of Bardez taluka”. The has the introduction as follows “The Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs is in process of verification of digitized Ration Card Data for issue of Smart Cart Ration Card for Bardez Taluka on pilot basis.” The notice has nine points. Point number 2 states that on form to be filled “enter the details of Voter’s Card and Aadhaar/Enrolment ID number for each of the family member on the form.” Then point number six states that “Submit the self attested photocopies of the existing ration cards, Aadhaar (UID/EID), Voters ID (EPIC), wherever it is not available for any members submit details of available family members”.

These are the consequences of the Aadhaar card and there are no benefits at all. It is not compulsory. In fact it is illegal supported by bamon government of Goa. As individuals we have to be cautious and mindful and avoid such miserable ambitions and acts of the Bamons to be fulfilled. We should avoid. As a family member also we have get our acts together to scrap Aadhaar card and get collected private data such as figure prints and iris of eyes destroyed. There are many many individuals and families at large who have not done this Aadhaar card as they were aware much in advance of the dangerous consequences to follow as the private data collected can be shared with anyone and used against us without permission and even knowledge as there is no law regulating the privacy of data gathered under Aadhaar card. We can also lose our identity as we will be known by a mere mumber and this number an be manipulated against us mulnivasis.

Aadhaar Card has to be protested against. Find out the top officers of the Hindustan Petroleum Company and register your protest. The name and phone number of the higher officers are available with the local agent of the Company all over Goa. Together its march! Together its win! Aadhaar card is meant to be thrashed in the dust bin. This has been the opinion even of the Parliamentary standing committee on finance. It also pointed out that Aadhaar card is very dangerous to the national security as authentication contracts are awarded to foreign companies and they will decide whether we are citizens of India or not. Can there be anything more humiliating then this. Aadhaar card is complete destruction of mulnivasi identity to be replaced with mere number. It is better to destroy Aadhaar card in these circumstances. And we dare to take steps in this regard.

Threat by goons at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar School, Mapusa

According to the received information Eknath Rathod, std VIII student at Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar English High School, Kuchelim, Mapusa is going to be attacked by goondas in school tomorrow. This threat to create fear in him comes after less than a week of him filing complaint on torture against school authorities. The complaint is filed with education department, government of Goa and copy is submitted to Bhartiya Vidhyarthi Morcha. 

The school authorities had earlier attempted to get this 14 year old student out of school. This brilliant school boy Rathod whose favorite subjects are math and science has been source of great irritation to the management of the school due to his deep thirst and commitment to study. Instead of encouraging talent in him school management is engaging in various practices of demoralization.

Should there be goonda attack on Eknath Rathod tomorrow or any other day, on campus or out of campus it will be construed as an attack from the agents of the Bamon Raj, and Home Minister who is also the Education Minister and Chief Minister of Goa Mr. Manohar Parrikar will be held responsible for the post-attack fall out in case if his intelligence agencies and police fails to prevent attack on young Rathod.

Aadhaar Card scandal turns murkier

Aadhaar Card is very dangerous card. Once you do, you have no human identity of name. You are pushed humiliatingly below human dignity to a number. It is a trap. We will be losing our total and complete identity and we will be known only as a number, controlled electronically, manipulated and like Jews in Hitler’s gas chambers are liable to be executed. The data can be shared with intelligence agencies, courts, and police without consent of Aadhaar card holder. The data will be stored in Delhi in powerful computer known as ‘Silas’ collecting iris scans, fingure prints and other valuable data. It is a very disastrous card. Aadhaar cards even though are told as optional, are still made compulsory by the method of cheating written in the constitution of bamon ‘Manusmriti’; earlier it is set on fire better it is. All the data collected for Aadhaar card has to be deleted and Aadhaar card has to be scrapped. It is not passed in the Parliament. Why should it be implemented? Under what law?

Multi-billion dollar scandal of Aadhaar card and its implementation are becoming murkier every passing day. This bio-metric card that is supposed to be devised for the purpose of surveillance of citizens, and control dissent is camouflaged with welfare schemes and control of corruption. In India this system of issuing Unique identification (UID) number is implemented by series of MoUs with Planning Commission of India by-passing the Indian Parliament that has turned down to legislate on this matter and referred the National Identification Authority Bill to the Parliamentary standing committee on Finance. This committee after examining the law pointed out that this entire program lacks clarity of direction, waste of public resources and grave threat to the national security.

The issue of Aadhaar card again came up for discussions in the upper house of the Indian Parliament – The Rajya Sabha on 23^rd August 2013. The matter raised by members of the Parliament were answered by the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Rajeev Sukla  saying that Aadhaar card is not mandatory for availing subsidies including domestic cooking gas. He further added that “if any public sector undertaking is doing it, we will correct it”.

This declaration in Rajya Sabha came as a body blow to the Goa Government that is currently engaged in hoodwinking the people of Goa to share with their private information including the iris scan and all ten figure prints and other personal details by hook or by crook. Truly Aadhaar card idea is like a fishing hook that entices with scholarships, subsidies, government schemes and then get those who do Aadhaar card into a mega trap just like Jesus was trapped by devil with a kiss from Judas that led to his torture and death that lasted for three days. It is not sure as to for how long the trap laid by Aadhaar card will be lasting.

State government wants every individual in Goa under electronic surveillance purpose, that in case of dissent against Bamon Raj that is so high can be curtailed and terminated. This is an agenda that is satanic for the obsession in violating individual privacy and legally illegitimate for by-passing the Indian Parliament. Aadhaar card puts control of the private information of people of India under the control of the suspicious characters as there is no law under which this exercise has been carried on.

What is most surprising is that an IAS officer N.D.Agarwal currently collector of South Goa is executing this plan detrimental to privacy of individuals and security of the country. He on 27^th August 2013 declared that in order to generate e-Aadhaar card he is going to mobilize government machinery for this anti-national purpose! This is an unbecoming of an IAS officer. He is quoted in Herald of 28^th August 2013 saying “the special camps will be held only after receiving the list of consumers from gas agencies.” Then he will deploy all machinery at the taluka level and village level to generate e-Aadhaar letter. He further added saying that the respective area service bank will be called for seeding the bank account number with e-aadhaar at the village level camps.

The South Goa collector is directly executing the betrayal with the Parliament. This is a very serious matter. This UID has no legal sanction from the Indian Parliament, no law is passed, Parliamentary standing committee has asked for the thrashing of entire UID scheme into dust bin and South Goa collector is co-operating to implement such a devilish scheme to trap everyone.

Aadhaar card made its entry into Goa not by any law but through Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between two Eurasian Bamons – then Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat and Nandan Nilekani, Chairperson of Unique Identification Authority of India. This MoU was signed on 22^nd April 2010. The third Bamon current Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar in his first budget speech did not point out that the Indian Parliament has refused to pass the law on Aadhaar card. He did not disclose that this UID scheme is grave threat to the Nation as the authentication contracts are awarded to corporates in USA. He did not disclose that some foreign country will decide whether people living in India are Indians or not. He concealed huge amount of information.

Is he also in conformity with Bamon Raj agenda? From his actions it looks so.

Bharat Mukti Morcha also condemns South Goa collector N.D.Agarwal for implementing this trapping scheme of UID that is thrashed by the Indian Parliament, with powers bestowed on him by Indian Constitution. In all this Bamon Raj agenda is a visible conspiracy against mulnivasis of Goa.
