Call to revoke NOC granted to Aqua Sail in Zuari

Subject:  Revocation of NOC for Aqua Sail

Sir,

On February 24^th 2015 you made polite request to Director (Fisheries) to (1) put up the status of Aqua Sail, (2) To check the links www.bharatmukti.blogspot.in/search/label/Fishing for the evidence of use of machine operators/engines for sail boat, (3) to take necessary action and (4) Update.

Director of Fisheries has not taken into account point two of getting evidence on use of machine operator/engine for sail boat. In an update report to you this evidence seems to be eclipsed out and report submitted to your office. This we surmised based on our interactions with you on 7^th April 2015.

Director of Fisheries is therefore involved in covering up illegalities perpetuated by Aqua Sail just the same way she is involved in perpetuating illegalities by trawlers in Zuari river that we have brought to your notice in our letter of 7^th April 2015.

We therefore urge you the following:

(1)  Investigations into Aqua Sail affairs be carried under your direct supervision with inclusion of said evidence of use of machines on board and then permission granted be revoked.

(2)  Action be initiated against the Director (Fisheries) for promoting illegalities.
