It has come to our attention through media reports that Sattari Industrial Training Institute at Honda is deficient in sensitivity towards persons with disabilities. Allegations and counter-Allegations have surfaced in this regard between the Principal of Sattari ITI Nilesh Gawas and employee with permanent disability Ramkrishna Gawas. 3. Tarun Bharat dated 14 November 2024 contains Honda ITI Principal Nilesh Gawas allegations against MTS employee Ramkrishna Gawas

In the light of the above kindly let us know the level of sensitivity of your office towards persons with disabilities in the following areas:

1. What are the steps initiated by your office to make Sattari ITI at Honda sensitive and friendly towards persons with disabilities

2. What pro-active steps initiated by your office to make persons with disabilities welcoming at the work place at ITI at Honda.

3. What steps are taken to examine issues surfacing in allegations and counter allegations between the Employee Rankrishna Gawas and Principal Nilesh Gawas of Sattari ITI.

4. What action has been taken against Principal of ITI at Honda Nilesh Gawas for issuing media statements against person with disabilities employee Ramkrishna Gawas in violation of service rules.
