Subject: For urgent attention: YouTube video alleging scam involving Goa University Physics faculty
Sir,
I just noticed highly disturbing allegations against Physics faculty at Goa University of leakage of exam papers in exchange of sexual favours with student thereby destroying higher education in Goa. Please investigate these allegations and share results in public domain.
If these allegations are true then Goa University will neither produce Erwin Schrödinger nor Richard Feynman and standard and reputation of Goa Univerisity will suffer great setback. And I am surely not joking Mr. Vice-chancellor and Mr. Registrar!
Best way out of this for you is to get to the bottom of this scam and bring truth to the light of the days for everyone to learn lessons of this episode.
And please be careful not to hush up the matter and not to victimize those who are responsible to complaint for entire State of Goa is watching your conduct.

Please keep me updated as I do care for the higher education in Goa and it cannot be allowed to be swayed away by no escapade whatsoever play around with higher education in Goa.
