Bharat Mukti Morcha condemns death threats to Vanxim island mulnivasis

Bharat Mukti Morcha takes strong cognizance of  development in Vanxim and advises Goa State Government Authorities to prevent crime and uphold Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
If Bamon  Mahendra Gaunekar has his ways then there could be at least two funerals in Vanxim this weekend.  According to the reliable source key people from Ilha de Vanxim Association and Bharat Mukti Morcha has been selected to be killed preferably through food poisoning. Plan comes up in the wake of stiff resistance to Golf and luxury tourism project in Vanxim Island in Goa’s Tiswadi Taluka.

Killings are planned for this week because of the oncoming gram sabha in Malar Panchayat. Mahendra Gaunekar and Pandurang Madkaikar are hoping that heavens will open and public will support the  tourism projects in Vanxim.Opposition, unexpectedly strong has come as a thorn on the way of Rs.700 crore luxury tourism project and that's why Bamon Mahendra Gaunekar wants to sent the opponents of this project towards death a la Supari Killings.Silence of the ruling Congress, MGP, NCP, SGF and Opposition BJP indicates that their voices have been purchased and left with nothing but silence. Any way this is the state of Baman Raj in Goa - Bamon Digambar Kamat rules, Bamon Manohar Parrikar Opposition leader through BJP, Brahmin Dhavlikar brothers took over bhujan party - MGP.

This extra-constitutional method of eliminating the opponent to the project was communicated to those handful that come for the embroidery classes in a house in Vanxim bearing number 58. This house once belonged to late Pedro Francis Pinto, after his death was sold to Bamon Shailendra Bhobe  (married to Marrissa Roberta Pinto) who in turn reportedly sold it to Bamon Mahendra Gaunekar for Rs. 14 lakh allegedly violating long lease with the Santa Monica convent of Goa Archdiocese headed by Archbishop Felipe Neri Ferrao who initiated no action in illegalities.
The plan to eliminate the opponents of the Golf project was communicated yesterday to the handful few by an alleged agent of Mahendra Gaunekar Priscilla Chawla, in her 30s playing the role of Vishkanya in Vanxim. Bertha Pinto has been given responsibility to implement the deadly plan. The target includes Maggie Silveira, President of Bharat Mukti Morcha Mahila Aghadi, Goa State as well as President of Ilha de Vanxim Association leading the battle against Bamon Raj. Bertha Pinto is the wife of original owner Pedro Francis Pinto who now is employed in her own house by new owner Bamon Mahendra Gaunekar for the purpose of mopping and sweeping. In other words once owner now turned into slave in the unfolding of Bamon Raj. This in any case is distinguishing feature of Bamon Raj – to enslave all the mulnivasis under brahmanical control.
Maggie has been the target earlier too. She was attacked in presence of MLA Pandurang Madkaikar  in public by local member of Panchayat Manuel Furtado, his son Jervis Furtado and Philip D’mello from Vitogem, Divar – all de facto agents of Mahendra Gaunekar on 16th May 2010. She had filed police complaint then but till date guilty are not booked, justice denied. This experience has proved that Goa Police do not stand for the protection of Vanxim people. According to top police officer it is Pandurang Madkaikar’s political interference that has prevented arrests of the culprits. Do citizens (Mulnivasis) in Goa left with any protection other than organizing ourselves? Pandurang Madkaikar though is Tribal but aspires to be a bamon and actively engaged in suppressing revolt against bamon raj. With this experience Maggie Silveira feels there is no point in filing any police complaints; it is mere wastage of time.
This mail is posted online to inform public that it is Mahendra Gaunekar and MLA Pandurang Madkaikar who will be responsible for any harm to any of the opponents of Golf Courses, Private Marinas, Spa, Luxury hotels, luxury villas, Casinos, Gambling, prostitution etc in Vanxim. Crimes are going to be committed at their behest and at their supervision.

Police and intelligence agencies note and take necessary action.
