Backward (SC,ST,OBC) and Minorities Communities Employees Federation (BAMCEF) and Rashtriya Mulnivasi Sangh is holding it's 28th National convention in Gulbarga, Karnataka from 24th to 28th December 2011. Last year in 2010 December 27th National convention was held in Durgapur, West Bengal and had participation of over 1,20,000 mulnivasi people. This year it is expected to cross this mark as the movement has widened and increased across India.
Last year 12 people from Goa participated in the convention and it was great learning experience. This year too mulnivasi people's team from Goa will be participating in Gulbarga National convention.
